[0002] 钼元素是一种金属元素,于1782年被埃尔姆发现,钼为人体及动植物必须的微量 元素,为银白色金属,硬而坚韧。钼粉是一种重要的无机矿物,从地质学角度来看,钼粉就是 地球外壳的天然矿物。钼粉的应用发展较快,目前己广泛地应用于工农业领域,如橡胶、塑 料、造纸、涂料、油漆、油墨、电缆、制药、化肥、饲料、食品、制糖、纺织、玻璃、陶瓷、卫生用品、 密封剂、胶粘剂、杀虫剂和农药载体以及烟道除硫、水处理等环保方面。轻质钼粉用途与钼 粉有重叠也有不同,主要用于造纸、塑料、人造橡胶、食品、食用色料、医药、黏结剂和卫生用 品等领域。近年来,因为有资料谈及轻质钼粉可增强某些材料的性能,所以它的使用范围有 所增加。
[0003] 钼粉在加工制作时需要先将块状的原料通过粉碎机进行粉碎研磨成粉末状,现有 的钼粉加工粉碎机结构过于简单,功能单一,由于粉碎机出料处的结构简单,过滤板经常会 造成堵塞的情况,研磨好的钼粉在出料过程时会有一部分遗留在粉碎机内,造成不必要的 浪费。

[0007] 一种防堵塞的钼粉加工粉碎机,包括机壳,机壳内从上到下依次设置有粉碎室和 出料室,粉碎室和出料室之间设置有过滤板,粉碎室内设置有粉碎机构,出料室包括漏斗型 的出料腔和均布在出料腔两侧的振动腔,两个振动腔内部均设置有相同的振动机构,振动 机构包括凸轮和设置在凸轮上方的圆柱形的推杆,推杆底部连接有与凸轮接触的挡块,推 杆顶部连接有用于击打过滤板的锤击球,锤击球的直径大于推杆的直径,推杆上贯穿设置 有位于锤击球与挡块之间的固定在振动腔内的固定板,固定板与挡块之间设置有缠绕在推 杆上的缓冲弹簧。
