背景技术
现有的集装箱通常只设置集装箱锁杆门或者卷帘门，集装箱锁杆门安全性高，但开关不灵活；卷帘门开关灵活，但安全性不高。因此，有必要对传统集装箱进行改进，在保证集装箱运输货物具有足够承载强度的同时，又能提高作为仓库使用时的便利性。

为了克服现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种新型双层门结构集装箱，所述双层门结构通过如下的技术方案实现。
一种双层门结构集装箱，包括由铰链板、门体、锁杆、密封胶条、固定胶条的压条组成的外层集装箱锁杆门1；全垂直波形的波纹板的门上部集装箱墙板2；门槛3；卷帘门4；卷帘门4由包厢、门体、用于开关的卷帘门角钢、导轨，所述包厢位于全垂直波形的门上波纹板后侧2，包厢导轨固定在锁杆门门框竖梁7上；门楣5；卷帘门锁环6，卷帘门锁环位于1外层集装箱锁杆门与4卷帘门之间。
优选的，所述外层集装箱锁杆门1尺寸采用单扇门或者双扇门。
优选的，所述门槛4采用折弯件或者方管型材。
优选的，所述1外层集装箱锁杆门与4卷帘门之间留有卷帘门角钢空间。
优选的，所述外层集装箱锁杆门门楣5和锁杆门门框7使用方管型材或板材折弯来实现结构功能。
本实用新型中提供的双层门结构集装箱，运送货物时卷帘门开启，锁杆门关闭，保证货物运输时的安全。抵达目的地时用于货品存储仓库，外层集装箱锁杆门常开，来回开关门时只使用卷帘门，卷帘门开启灵活使用方便。本实用新型中提供的双层门结构的集装箱保证了运输货物具有足够承载强度的同时，又能提高作为仓库使用时的便利性。

1.一种双层门结构集装箱，其特征在于：所述双层门结构集装箱包括位于外侧的集装箱锁杆门、全垂直波形的波纹板的门上部集装箱墙板、门槛以及卷帘门，集装箱锁杆门包含门体和锁杆；卷帘门包含包厢、门体、用于开关的卷帘门角钢、及卷帘门导轨；所述卷帘门包厢位于全垂直波形的门上波纹板后侧；所述双层门结构集装箱还包括卷帘门锁环，所述卷帘门锁环位于外层集装箱锁杆门与内层卷帘门之间；所述卷帘门导轨固定在锁杆门门框竖梁上。
