Abstract
本发明介绍的是一种四开平移式保温门该门主要适用于冷库或有温度要求的生产车间，库内或车间内的托盘架规格很大，平时平时都是整架货物统一进/出。如果采用单开门或双开门，库内或车间内的托盘架预留周转空间而不能满布，而四开门则很好的解决了这个问题，从而使库容量达到了最大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温门，尤其是一种四开平移式保温门。
背景技术
目前，各种冷库及有温度要求的生产车间所使用的保温门多为单开门或双开门，在货物进出时门打开，从而满足进货/出货的使用要求。
但是，有些冷藏库或生产车间内会根据储存或生产需求而采用大尺寸的托盘架，这些托盘架需要整体进出冷库或生产车间。
因为托盘架的尺寸过大，不能在冷库或车间内转弯/掉头，只能采用直出或直进的方式。这时，普通的双开或单开门就无法满足这些大尺寸托盘架的整体进出方式。
针对这种生产要求，一种新型的四开平移式保温门由我司研制成功，该门的使用使上述生产功能变为现实。
发明内容
针对目前各种冷库和有温度要求的生产车间使用单开门或双开门的不足，我司发明了适用于不同条件下的四开平移式保温门。
1)本发明所用的四扇门扇左右方向开启，替代了传统的单边，双边或铰链式开启，减少了水平开启所需的水平方向上的占地空间。
2)本发明所用的四扇门扇左右方向开启，实现了大尺寸托盘架的直接进出，使库存量达到了最大，避免内部空间的浪费。
3)本发明所用的四扇门扇左右方向开启，使一扇或两扇大门变成四扇小门，开关更方便更轻松。

具体实施方式
四开门的门扇(4)通过顶部滚轮(5)悬挂在导轨(4)上，导轨(4)固定在结构方通 (10)上。
当开启时，拉住把手(2)或(3)，使门扇(1)向左或向右移动，门扇(1)的顶部滚轮(5)在导轨(4)内移动，门扇(1)的底部导向角铁(11)在水泥门槛(12)的槽内移动，实现门的开启或关闭。
开启过程中斜块(6)将门扇(1)提起向门扇密封条(7)松压方向推移，使密封胶(8)和密封条(7)离开水泥门槛(12)和与之相对的门扇，减小密封条(7)和密封胶(8)的摩擦和磨损。
关闭门扇时，滚轮(5)在导轨(4)内移动，在到达关闭位置时斜块(6)使滚轮(5)向下及向内(相对的门扇)推压，使密封条(7)紧压相对的门扇，密封胶(8)由于门体的自重向下压紧水泥门槛(12)而实现密封。
Claims (1)
1.本发明为一种四开的平移式保温门。
该门主要适用于冷库或有温度要求的生产车间，库内或车间内的托盘架规格很大，平时平时都是整架货物进/出的。如果采用单开门或双开门，库内或车间内的托盘架预留周转空间而不能满布，而四开门则很好的解决了这个问题，从而使库容量达到了最大。
四开门的门扇(1)通过顶部滚轮(5)悬挂在导轨(4)上，导轨(4)固定在结构方通(10)上。
当开启时，拉住把手(2)或(3)，使门扇(1)向左或向右移动，门扇(1)的顶部滚轮(5)在导轨(4)内移动，门扇(1)的底部导向角铁(11)在水泥门槛(12)的槽内移动，实现门的开启或关闭。
开启过程中斜块(6)将门扇(1)提起向门扇密封条(7)松压方向推移，使密封胶(8)和密封条(7)离开水泥门槛(12)和与之相对的门扇，减小密封条(7)和密封胶(8)的摩擦和磨损。
关闭门扇时，滚轮(5)在导轨(4)内移动，在到达关闭位置时斜块(6)使滚轮(5)向下及向内(相对的门扇)推压，使密封条(7)紧压相对的门扇，密封胶(8)由于门体的自重向下压紧水泥门槛(12)而实现密封。
