Abstract
本实用新型一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,包括主起吊梁、副起吊梁、起吊挂钩和重心调整板;所述该吊装装置由主起吊梁、副起吊梁和起吊挂钩共同组成,所述主起吊梁设在吊装装置的中间,且重心调整板定位在主起吊梁上;所述副起吊梁固定在重心调整板的顶部,且副起吊梁与重心调整板之间通过螺栓相连接;所述重心调整板设在副起吊梁的底部中间部位;所述起吊挂钩安装在重心调整板的顶部,且起吊挂钩位于两组副起吊梁之间。本实用新型发明能实现可根据发动机不同重心而能够实现快速调整吊点,使发动机实现水平吊装,该新型吊装装备能够实现对不同重心的大功率发动机总成快速确定重心,快速确定吊点、一次性调整水平,提高吊装效率。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置。
背景技术
随着页岩气开采需求设备的增加,在国内外井场作业中对于压裂设备需求越来越多。而作为重大部件的大功率发动机与变速箱等部件装配后重心发生偏移,吊装一直以来因为重量大,重心偏移不好确定、装配时需水平放置等原因一直制约着生产线生产效率。
本发明人在开采过程中发现,现有的吊装装置,无法快速调整吊点重心、不能对发生偏移重心的大功率发动机总成快速确定重心,快速确定吊点、一次性调整水平,吊装效率低。
为此,针对上述问题,我们提出一种实现对不同重心的大功率发动机总成快速确定重心,快速确定吊点的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置来解决这一问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法快速调整吊点重心、不能对发生偏移重心的大功率发动机总成快速确定重心,快速确定吊点、一次性调整水平,吊装效率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,包括
主起吊梁、副起吊梁、起吊挂钩和重心调整板;
所述该吊装装置由主起吊梁、副起吊梁和起吊挂钩共同组成,所述主起吊梁设在吊装装置的中间,且重心调整板定位在主起吊梁上;所述副起吊梁固定在重心调整板的顶部,且副起吊梁与重心调整板之间通过螺栓相连接;所述重心调整板设在副起吊梁的底部中间部位;所述起吊挂钩安装在重心调整板的顶部,且起吊挂钩位于两组副起吊梁之间。
进一步的,所述副起吊梁设置有两组,且两组副起吊梁以主起吊梁为轴呈对称结构。
进一步的,所述重心调整板上设计有多组定位基准孔。
进一步的,所述主起吊梁与副起吊梁上的焊缝均采用磁粉探伤。
进一步的,所述起吊挂钩为可左右调节装置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1.本实用新型发明能实现可根据发动机不同重心而能够实现快速调整吊点,使发动机实现水平吊装,该新型吊装装备能够实现对不同重心的大功率发动机总成快速确定重心,快速确定吊点、一次性调整水平,提高吊装效率,采取以发动机上固定吊点为基准,本设计相同吊点可滑动以与发动机吊点相适应,发动机重心轴线与起吊吊钩垂线重合的要求,采用固定标识且可滑动调节的方式,保证了重心与吊钩垂线的重心,中心骨架式的造型设计既能满足工装的顺利吊装,又能实现发动机总成重心的快速准确定位。

下面,将详细说明本实用新型的实施例,其实例显示在附图和以下描述中。虽然将结合示例性的实施例描述本实用新型,但应当理解该描述并非要把本实用新型限制于该示例性的实施例。相反,本实用新型将不仅覆盖该示例性的实施例,而且还覆盖各种替换的、改变的、等效的和其他实施例,其可包含在所附权利要求所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内。

本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,包括
主起吊梁1、副起吊梁2、起吊挂钩3和重心调整板4;
该吊装装置由主起吊梁1、副起吊梁2和起吊挂钩3共同组成,主起吊梁1设在吊装装置的中间,且重心调整板4定位在主起吊梁1上,主起吊梁1是整个装置的定位基准,以及主承载部件,主体结构是由焊接结构件构成;副起吊梁2固定在重心调整板4的顶部,且副起吊梁2与重心调整板4之间通过螺栓相连接,重心调整板4设在副起吊梁2的底部中间部位,副起吊梁2作为装置的吊点吊装位置,既起部分承载能力,同时要保证吊臂长度一直,使吊点均匀承受负载,保证发动机吊起后,不划伤吊带或者吊带挤压发动机部件,造成部件损坏;起吊挂钩3安装在重心调整板4的顶部,且起吊挂钩3位于两组副起吊梁2之间。
如上述所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置的较佳实施例,其中,副起吊梁2设置有两组,且两组副起吊梁2以主起吊梁1为轴呈对称结构,便于对发动机进行起吊,起吊后更加稳定;
如上述所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置的较佳实施例,其中,重心调整板4上设计有多组定位基准孔,在吊装不同发动机时,根据不同发动机的重心,将副起吊梁2对正相应的基准孔,锁紧螺栓固定,从而实现快速确定重心的目的。
如上述所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置的较佳实施例,其中,主起吊梁1与副起吊梁2上的焊缝均采用磁粉探伤,以保证焊缝质量以及承载能力的要求。
如上述所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置的较佳实施例,其中,起吊挂钩3为可左右调节装置,将起吊挂钩3左右调节,方便将该装置固定在行车上进行使用。
工作原理:首先根据需要吊装的发动机型号,确定发动机吊耳起吊位置副起吊梁2的前后距离,并在主起吊梁1上合适位置紧固,将起吊挂钩3左右移动,固定在重心调整板4相关发动机重心标识处,锁紧紧固螺栓,在副起吊梁2的外侧吊点安装符合要求的吊带,对发动机总成进行吊装,则发动机总成保持水平吊起。
由于大功率发动机由于后部连接部件不同,重心有所不同,为保证本设计的通用性,采取以发动机上固定吊点为基准,本设计相同吊点可滑动以与发动机吊点相适应,发动机重心轴线与起吊吊钩垂线重合的要求,采用固定标识且可滑动调节的方式,保证了重心与吊钩垂线的重心,本吊装定位装备不同于其他类定位装备的外观设计,其中中心骨架式的造型设计既能满足工装的顺利吊装,又能实现发动机总成重心的快速准确定位,分布于主横梁上的副起吊梁2和起吊吊钩3,能显著提高整个装备的吊装安装及拆卸转运便利性。
需要说明的是,本实用新型使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,发明人在此不再详述。
综上所述,尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,其特征在于:所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置包括有:
主起吊梁、副起吊梁、起吊挂钩和重心调整板;
所述该吊装装置由主起吊梁、副起吊梁和起吊挂钩共同组成,所述主起吊梁设在吊装装置的中间,且重心调整板定位在主起吊梁上;所述副起吊梁固定在重心调整板的顶部,且副起吊梁与重心调整板之间通过螺栓相连接;所述重心调整板设在副起吊梁的底部中间部位;所述起吊挂钩安装在重心调整板的顶部,且起吊挂钩位于两组副起吊梁之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,其特征在于:所述副起吊梁设置有两组,且两组副起吊梁以主起吊梁为轴呈对称结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,其特征在于:所述重心调整板上设计有多组定位基准孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,其特征在于:所述主起吊梁与副起吊梁上的焊缝均采用磁粉探伤。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率发动机总成水平吊装的装置,其特征在于:所述起吊挂钩3为可左右调节装置。
