Abstract
一种导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，包括前模仁、后模仁，所述前模仁、所述后模仁可相互对靠，所述前模仁与所述后模仁配合形成用于成型产品的型腔以及流道腔，所述型腔与所述流道腔连接处开设有全浇口，所述全浇口宽度与所述型腔的宽度相当。本实用新型将模具的浇口改成与型腔宽度相当的全浇口大小，熔融树脂进入模具的流动范围变大，充填较为顺畅。通过全浇口引导注塑过程中塑胶快速地向两端流动，从而达到降低注塑压力及增强保压力的效果，使注塑出来的导光板产品具有较低的内应力，而达到所要求的品质。

技术领域
本实用新型属于成型模具领域，尤其是涉及一种手机背光部件之一的导光板成型的模具。
背景技术
手机背光产品之一的导光板，通常使用材料为PC材质，由于产品薄化设计，在注塑成型中成型压力及保压力等都很高，造成产品内应力残留严重，产品容易出现产品弯曲造成品质问题。对于手机背光部件之一的导光板成型，行业内普遍使用成型模具对注塑压力较高，成形困难；且导光板内应力高，组装成品后进行信赖性实验出现弯曲变形等品质问题，带来诸多抱怨。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术成型模具对注塑压力较高，成形困难，出现弯曲变形等品质问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种手机背光部件之一的导光板全浇口模具。
本实用新型为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，包括前模仁、后模仁，所述前模仁、所述后模仁可相互对靠，所述前模仁与所述后模仁配合形成用于成型产品的型腔以及流道腔，所述型腔与所述流道腔连接处开设有全浇口，所述全浇口宽度与所述型腔的宽度相当。
所述全浇口为2个。
所述全浇口对称设置。
所述全浇口设置于所述后模仁中部。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：
1、本实用新型将模具的浇口改成与型腔宽度相当的全浇口大小，熔融树脂进入模具的流动范围变大，充填较为顺畅。
2、通过全浇口引导注塑过程中塑胶快速地向两端流动，从而达到降低注塑压力及增强保压力的效果，使注塑出来的导光板产品具有较低的内应力，而达到所要求的品质。

实施例
如图1所示的一种导光板全浇口模具，包括前模仁1、后模仁2，所述后模组件设置全浇口3及型腔4，所述全浇口3与型腔4通过流道导通，所述全浇口3有2个，分别对称设置在后模仁2中部，全浇口的宽度与型腔的宽度相当。注塑时熔胶通过全浇口充填至型腔中，由于采用全浇口设置，熔融树脂进入模具的流动范围变大，充填较为顺畅，树脂进入闭合模腔后由于浇口较大，保压力可较顺利传递到型腔内部，使注塑出来的导光板产品具有较低的内应力，而达到所要求的品质。

1.一种导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，包括前模仁、后模仁，所述前模仁、所述后模仁可相互对靠，所述前模仁与所述后模仁配合形成用于成型产品的型腔以及流道腔，所述型腔与所述流道腔连接处开设有全浇口，所述全浇口宽度与所述型腔的宽度相当。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，所述全浇口为2个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，所述全浇口对称设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导光板全浇口模具，其特征在于，所述全浇口设置于所述后模仁中部。
