目前冷却模块悬置刚度普遍较低，虽然起到了一定的隔振效果，但是并不是很理想，甚至往往因为车况的复杂而产生共振。而想要达到理想状态非常困难，因此越来越多的客户正在考虑，寻求一种大刚度冷却模块悬置，减轻隔振，进行避振。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种大刚度冷却模块悬置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括安装座，其特征在于：所述安装座左右两侧设有固定孔，所述安装座由后向上延伸依次形成加固梁和托架，所述托架上方设有外骨架，所述外骨架与托架对接侧设有橡胶层，所述外骨架两侧向下并向内侧延伸形成将托架两侧包夹并夹紧的夹勾，所述外骨架上侧左右两边设有安装孔，所述安装孔下侧依次设有上下对应的固定台、固定槽、固定凹槽，所述固定台、固定槽、固定凹槽分别设在外骨架、橡胶层、托架上。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：有效的限制了冷却模块悬置在恶劣工况下变形量过大而带来的对悬置橡胶主体的损坏，提高了冷却模块悬置的使用寿命；实现了整车在X方向运动时的限位；外骨架的结构降低了橡胶层对刚度的影响，提升了外骨架与托架连接刚度，并实现减震的效果。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括安装座1，其特征在于：所述安装座1左右两侧设有固定孔2，所述安装座1由后向上延伸依次形成加固梁3和托架4，所述托架4上方设有外骨架5，所述外骨架5与托架4对接侧设有橡胶层6，所述外骨架5两侧向下并向内侧延伸形成将托架4两侧包夹并夹紧的夹勾7，所述外骨架5上侧左右两边设有安装孔8，所述安装孔8下侧依次设有上下对应的固定台9、固定槽10、固定凹槽11，所述固定台9、固定槽10、固定凹槽11分别设在外骨架5、橡胶层6、托架4上。
本实用新型的工作原理：由于外骨架5两侧向下并向内侧延伸形成将托架4两侧包夹并夹紧的夹勾7，增强了外骨架5与托架4间连接的强度，但外骨架5与托架4间无直接刚性连接，提升悬置装置的连接刚度的同时，不影响减震效果。
