技术领域
本实用新型涉及微小型精密电机上用的轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种带转子的深沟球轴承。
背景技术
微小型电机市场上用的电机向直流、节能、小型化、高转速方向发展,用户要求该电机体积小、效率高,电机的功率一般在100~600W,转速在8~25万转/分钟之间。而微小型电机中应用的轴承不但要求体积小,还需要在高速旋转的条件下运转平稳,这对于当前的轴承制造来说,较难以实现。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,现提供一种旨在能够高速旋转的条件下运转平稳的带转子的深沟球轴承,它体积小、密封性能好、使用寿命长。
具体技术方案如下:
一种带转子的深沟球轴承,包括芯轴、至少一个装配于芯轴外周的轴承配装结构、以及一个磁体结构;其中,
轴承配装结构包括套设于芯轴外周的外圈、钢球、内密封盖,芯轴的外周周向开设有至少一圈沟道,外圈的内侧壁上开设有与沟道相配的沟槽,且钢球安装于沟道与沟槽间,外圈的两端开口处分别轴向嵌装有一个用以封闭外圈内侧的内密封盖,芯轴与轴承配装结构共同组成深沟球轴承结构;
磁体结构包括胶装于芯轴外周的永磁体、套设于永磁体外的加强套、以及设置于永磁体一端的平衡环。
较佳的,钢球由尼龙保持架限位于外圈和芯轴之间。
较佳的,外圈的外周还周向开设有若干道用以安装O型密封圈的环向槽。
较佳的,外圈的外周还周向开设有储胶槽。
较佳的,沟道和沟槽的数量均为两圈,且平衡环设置于永磁体远离外圈的一侧,芯轴呈多段式阶梯轴的结构。

上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
芯轴上开设沟道与外圈间共同配套成深沟球轴承结构,且永磁体集成于芯轴上,永磁体一端带有平衡环,外圈两端设置O型密封圈,使得轴承在高速旋转的条件下运转平稳,且体积小、密封性能好、使用寿命长,外圈装有O型密封圈以利于减震和装卸,轴承外圈外缘设置有储胶槽便于轴承安装后需要时灌胶以利于对轴承的轴向定位。

为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,以下实施例结合附图1至4对本实用新型提供的带转子的深沟球轴承作具体阐述。
实施例一,
参阅图1,为带转子的深沟球轴承实施例一的结构示意图;结合图2,为图1中I部的局部放大图;如图1和图2中所示,本实用新型提供的带转子的深沟球轴承包括芯轴2、至少一个装配于芯轴2外周的轴承配装结构、以及一个磁体结构,其中,轴承配装结构包括套设于芯轴2外周的外圈1、钢球4、内密封盖9,芯轴2的外周周向开设有至少一圈沟道13,外圈1的内侧壁上开设有与沟道13相配的沟槽,且钢球4安装于沟道13与沟槽间,外圈1的两端开口处分别轴向嵌装有一个用以封闭外圈1内侧的内密封盖9,芯轴2与轴承配装结构共同组成深沟球轴承结构;磁体结构包括胶装于芯轴2外周的永磁体6、套设于永磁体6外的加强套7、以及设置于永磁体6一端的平衡环8。
具体的,在本实施例中,沟道13和沟槽的数量均为两圈。钢球4由尼龙保持架3限位于外圈1和芯轴2之间。进一步的,外圈1的外周还周向开设有若干道用以安装O型密封圈5的环向槽。进一步的,外圈1的外周还周向开设有储胶槽12。
在一种优选的实施方式中,外圈1两端的内侧壁上分别开设有安装槽,内密封盖9的外缘嵌装于安装槽中,轴承配装结构还包括外防尘盖10,且外防尘盖10的外缘嵌装于安装槽中。进一步的,轴承配装结构还包括弹簧圈11,且外防尘盖10位于内密封盖9的外侧,弹簧圈11嵌装于安装槽中并固定内密封盖9和外防尘盖10的外缘,内密封盖9、外防尘盖10以及弹簧圈11共同于外圈1的两端形成迷宫式密封结构,能够有效起到防尘及密封的效果,灰尘较难进入外圈1内部。
作为进一步的优选实施方式,在本实施例中,平衡环8设置于永磁体6远离外圈1的一侧。且芯轴2呈多段式阶梯轴的结构。
本实施例在具体生产中,芯轴2的直径为3~8毫米,外圈1的外径在10~20毫米之间,本实施例中相当于芯轴2与轴承内圈是整体并带有永磁体6,它的加工需要采用特殊的加工设备,砂轮的线速度应大于60米/秒;芯轴2的沟道13的沟曲率为曲率系数为0.528;外圈1的沟槽的沟曲率沟曲率系数为0.533,芯轴2的沟道13和外圈1的沟槽比较接近的曲率系数设计可提高轴承轴向稳定性,且沟曲率的大小根据工艺需要可作适当调整。设置内密封盖9和外防尘盖10的内径与芯轴2的间隙A为0.015mm,具体如图2中标识的字母A所示位置,其作用是使内密封盖9和外防尘盖10之间形成迷宫及与芯轴2的小间隙使灰尘很难进入,从而解决了一般橡胶密封圈内径方向容易磨损,密封不能持久的问题。
其中,芯轴2所使用的材料为ZGCr15高碳铬军甲轴承钢,芯轴2的加工工艺为:芯轴2坯料-回火-软磨-淬火-冷冻处理-回火-抗疲劳强化处理-粗磨外圆-切入磨-精磨外圆-滚研外径-精磨沟道-滚研外径-精研内沟-滚研外径-入库。外圈1加工工艺为:外圈车削件-淬火冷冻处理-清洗-回火-粗磨外径-磨两端端面-精磨外径-滚研外径-精磨外沟-滚研外径-精研外沟-修磨外径滚研外径-入库。该钢综合性能优良,淬火后硬度高而且均匀,耐磨性能和接触疲劳强度高,其杂质比一般轴承钢少,性能更加优良用于高速精密长寿命轴承。
芯轴2加工后的精度达到以下要求:加工后芯轴2的外径为芯轴2多段式结构的阶梯台阶外径为粗糙度为Ra0.16um,外径圆度要达到0.0008mm、圆柱度0.002mm、径向跳动0.002mm;外圈1用优质轴承钢GCr15制造,且外圈1加工后要达如下要求:外径外径表面粗糙度Ra0.16um、外径圆度0.0008mm、径向跳动0.004mm,沟槽对端面的平行度0.005mm.采用5000目油石对沟道13进行粗超,用20000目油石对沟道13进行精超,使超精后的内外圈1沟道13的粗糙度在0.016um以下,以减小钢球4与沟道13的摩擦,提高轴承的转速和效率。芯轴2和外圈1精加工合格后,就可以进行装配。把芯轴2和外圈1的一头按沟径的尺寸配套、放到装球模上装上钢球4;用同样的方法装另外一头的钢球4,测游隙,合格后两头分别装尼龙保持架3,清洗、注高速油脂,用特殊的专用工具用弹簧圈11把两端的内密封圈和外防尘盖10分别固定在外圈1的密封槽内,形成深沟球轴承、匀脂、测振合格后粘接永磁体66、粘上平衡环8,装上加强套77。此外,可用平衡环8调整转子的动平衡,保证转子高速旋转时的稳定性。
如图2中所示,芯轴2和外圈1之间的径向游隙Gr为0.005~0.010mm,且游隙视需要可作适当调整,以满足客户对该电机的8~20万转/分的转速要求。轴承芯轴2沟曲率曲率系数0.528;外圈1的沟曲率沟曲率系数0.533,芯轴2和外圈1相对大一些的沟曲率系数能减小滚动体与内外圈1的接触面积、减少摩擦以提高轴承灵活性。
外圈1外缘的两端分别装上两个O型密封圈5以利减震和装卸,外圈1外缘设置储胶槽,需要时便于轴承安装后灌胶以利于对轴承的轴向定位,从而满足了主机厂家对轴承的超高速、高效、密封及节能的使用要求。外圈1用优质轴承钢GCr15制造,外圈1加工后要达如下要求:外径130 -0.005、外径表面粗糙度Ra0.16um、外径圆度0.0008um、圆柱度0.002mm,沟道13对端面的平行度0.005mm,采用5000目油石粗超、20000目油石精超沟道13,使超精后的内外圈1沟道13的粗糙度在0.016um以下,以减小钢球4与沟道13的摩擦,提高轴承的转速和效率。
在上述技术方案中,芯轴2上开设沟道13与外圈1间共同配套成深沟球轴承结构,且永磁体6集成于芯轴2上,永磁体一端带有平衡环,外圈1两端设置O型密封圈5,使得轴承在高速旋转的条件下运转平稳,且体积小、密封性能好、使用寿命长,外圈1装有O型密封圈5以利于减震和装卸,轴承外圈1外缘设置有储胶槽12便于轴承安装后需要时灌胶以利于对轴承的轴向定位。
实施例二,
参阅图3,为带转子的深沟球轴承实施例二的结构示意图;本实施例提供的带转子的深沟球轴承的结构与内容与上述实施例一基本相同,其不同之处仅在于,本实施例中,平衡环8设置于永磁体6靠近外圈1的一侧。且芯轴2呈直通式的结构。
实施例三,
参阅图4,为带转子的深沟球轴承实施例三的结构示意图。本实施例提供的带转子的深沟球轴承的结构与内容与上述实施例一基本相同,其不同之处仅在于,本实施例中,轴承配装结构的数量为两个,磁体结构为一个,且两个轴承配装结构设置于磁体结构两侧位置的芯轴2上。且每一轴承配装结构的外圈1内侧分别开设有一道沟槽。具体实施中,可先在芯轴上粘上永磁体、加强套和平衡环,其中加强套和平衡环按需要而定,再分别合套两端的外圈。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,对本实用新型而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本实用新型权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,包括芯轴(2)、至少一个装配于所述芯轴(2)外周的轴承配装结构、以及一个磁体结构;其中,
所述轴承配装结构包括套设于所述芯轴(2)外周的外圈(1)、钢球(4)、内密封盖(9),所述芯轴(2)的外周周向开设有至少一圈沟道(13),所述外圈(1)的内侧壁上开设有与所述沟道(13)相配的沟槽,且所述钢球(4)安装于所述沟道(13)与所述沟槽间,所述外圈(1)的两端开口处分别轴向嵌装有一个用以封闭所述外圈(1)内侧的内密封盖(9),所述芯轴(2)与所述轴承配装结构共同组成深沟球轴承结构;
所述磁体结构包括胶装于所述芯轴(2)外周的永磁体(6)、套设于所述永磁体(6)外的加强套(7)、以及设置于所述永磁体(6)一端的平衡环(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述钢球(4)由尼龙保持架(3)限位于所述外圈(1)和芯轴(2)之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈(1)的外周还周向开设有若干道用以安装O型密封圈(5)的环向槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈(1)的外周还周向开设有储胶槽(12)。
5.如权利要求4所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述沟道(13)和所述沟槽的数量均为两圈,且所述平衡环(8)设置于所述永磁体(6)远离所述外圈(1)的一侧,所述芯轴(2)呈多段式阶梯轴的结构。
6.如权利要求4所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述平衡环(8)设置于所述永磁体(6)靠近所述外圈(1)的一侧,且所述芯轴(2)呈直通式的结构。
7.如权利要求4所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承配装结构的数量为两个,且两个所述轴承配装结构设置于所述磁体结构两侧位置的所述芯轴(2)上,且每一所述轴承配装结构的外圈(1)内侧分别开设有一道所述沟槽。
8.如权利要求5或6或7所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈(1)两端的内侧壁上分别开设有安装槽,所述内密封盖(9)的外缘嵌装于所述安装槽中,所述轴承配装结构还包括外防尘盖(10),且所述外防尘盖(10)的外缘嵌装于所述安装槽中。
9.如权利要求8所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承配装结构还包括弹簧圈(11),且所述外防尘盖(10)位于所述内密封盖(9)的外侧,所述弹簧圈(11)嵌装于所述安装槽中并固定所述内密封盖(9)和外防尘盖(10)的外缘,所述内密封盖(9)、外防尘盖(10)以及弹簧圈(11)共同于所述外圈(1)的两端形成迷宫式密封结构。
10.如权利要求9所述的带转子的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,所述芯轴(2)的沟道(13)的沟曲率为曲率系数为0.528;所述外圈(1)的沟槽的沟曲率为沟曲率系数为0.533。
