[0002]淬火工序为锉刀整体加工过程中最为关键的一步,传统的淬火工序中,需要两个 人配合工作,一个人将锉坯从淬火炉中取出,另一人负责淬火。在这一工序中,需要工人有 很丰富的经验,严格的把控好锉坯入水的时间和入水的次数。对于扁锉,淬火后有时会出现 侧弯和旁弯的现象,需要工人在入水一次后及时的将挫述校直。这种淬火方式主要存在以 下问题:1、该工序需要两个人配合完成,人工成本大;2、淬火过程中需要人工对扁锉进行校 直,校直时间不易把控,容易出现锉刀已淬透难以校直的现象;3淬火的质量与工人的熟练 度和经验有很大的关系,对于操作不熟练的工人,难以保证淬火质量。鉴于此,有必要提供 一种新的自动锉刀淬火装置来解决上述技术问题。 '
发明内容
[0003]本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种自动锉刀淬火装置,该装置具有工作 效率高,工人劳动强度低,淬火质量好,安全可靠的优点。
[0004]为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种自动锉刀淬火装置,其 特征在于:包括长方形水箱、安装在水箱内的皮带输送装置、安装在皮带输送装置上方的淬 火支架、安装在淬火支架上的2组校直夹持组件,所述校直夹持组件包括与淬火支架连接的 支架安装板、安装在支架安装板底部的升降导轨架、位于升降导轨架中间的升降气缸、位于 升降导轨架底端的夹持导轨架、固定安装在夹持导轨架上的固定夹紧块、滑动安装在夹持 导轨架上的移动夹紧块,所述固定夹紧块底部设有锉刀托架,固定夹紧块和移动夹紧块内 侧均设有垫板,垫板上设有若干起到调直夹紧作用的铝棒,所述移动夹紧块侧方设有推动 其滑动的夹紧气缸。
[0005] 作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述锉刀托架包括滑轨架和落料气缸,落料气缸 安装在固定夹紧块外侧,滑轨架插在固定夹紧块底部,落料气缸可以带动滑轨架在固定夹 紧块底部左右滑动。
[0006] 作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述皮带输送装置包括辊子支架、套设在辊子支 架外部的输送带、驱动辊子支架转动的输送电机。
[0007] 本实用新型自动锉刀淬火装置利用校直夹持组件带动锉刀自动入水淬火,入水时 间通过控制升降气缸的行程及时间来完成;淬火过程中利用垫板和铝棒夹紧锉刀可以对锉 刀的平直度进行校正,可以有效保证锉刀的平直度;淬火后的锉刀经传送带输出,自动卸 料,整个淬火工序由原来的2人操作降低为1人操作,由人工操作变为装置自动完成,操作简 单,安全可靠,淬火质量高;淬火不同规格的锉刀时,只需改变垫板的规格,装置适用范围 广。

[0013]请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型提供一种自动锉刀淬火装置,包括长方形水箱 1、安装在水箱内的皮带输送装置2、安装在皮带输送装置上方的淬火支架3、安装在淬火支 架上的2组校直夹持组件,所述校直夹持组件包括与淬火支架连接的支架安装板4、安装在 支架安装板底部的升降导轨架5、位于升降导轨架中间的升降气缸6、位于升降导轨架底端 的夹持导轨架7、固定安装在夹持导轨架上的固定夹紧块8、滑动安装在夹持导轨架上的移 动夹紧块9,所述固定夹紧块底部设有锉刀托架10,固定夹紧块和移动夹紧块内侧均设有垫 板11,垫板上设有若干起到调直夹紧作用的铝棒12,所述移动夹紧块侧方设有推动其滑动 的夹紧气缸13。所述锉刀托架包括滑轨架1〇1和落料气缸1〇2,落料气缸安装在固定夹紧块 外侧,滑轨架插在固定夹紧块底部,落料气缸可以带动滑轨架在固定夹紧块底部左右滑动。 所述皮带输送装置包括辊子支架、套设在辊子支架外部的输送带、驱动辊子支架转动的输 送电机。
[0014]本实用新型在具体实施时,设置在淬火炉旁边,工人将烧红的锉刀坯从淬火炉中 取出,放到校直夹持组件的锉刀托架10上,启动夹紧气缸I3,带动移动夹紧块9移动夹紧锉 刀,启动升降气缸6按照预先设定好的程序工作出入水几次后,夹紧气缸13收回,松开锉刀, 启动锉刀托架10的落料气缸102,带动滑轨架101向外侧移动,使锉刀下落(锉刀托架1〇的自 动落料工作原理请参阅图4所示),锉刀落到皮带输送装置2上,皮带输送装置2将到坯输出, 落到料斗内,从而完成一次淬火过程。
