本实用新型涉及一种中药材定型烘干箱。
背景技术
中药材在加工生产过程中，有时候需要进行加热烘烤，这样才能使药材中的药性发挥出来，传统的烤箱，容易将药材烤焦，影响药品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种且中药材容易被压平定型，加工出来的药效外形好，且添加保鲜剂容易保鲜，加热效率高，烘烤均匀，且不易烤焦的中药材定型烘干箱。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种中药材定型烘干箱，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体顶部安装有电机，所述电机传动连接有旋转轴，所述旋转轴的下端伸入到了箱体内，且在转轴的侧壁上安装有多层烤盘，所述箱体的顶部内壁上设有喷雾管道，所述喷雾管道的侧壁上设有喷头，所述箱体的左、右两侧壁上设有加热管，所述多层烤盘的上表面设有定型压盖，所述定型压盖的端部与转轴铰接，所述定型压盖的一端通过锁扣装置夹紧，所述箱体的侧壁上设有保鲜剂喷撒头。
所述箱体的侧壁上设有箱门，所述箱体的顶部设有排烟口。
本实用新型中药材容易被压平定型，加工出来的药效外形好，且添加保鲜剂容易保鲜，箱体的顶部安装有电机，且在箱体内安装有旋转轴，且在旋转轴的侧壁上设有多层烤盘，这样在使用时，将箱体的门打开，将待加工的药材放入到烤盘内，这样进行旋转烘烤，加热比较均匀，且在箱体的顶部设有喷头，进行喷雾打湿处理，防止烤焦，或者烤干，失去药效。

参见附图，一种中药材定型烘干箱，包括箱体1，所述箱体1顶部安装有电机2，所述电机2传动连接有旋转轴3，所述旋转轴3的下端伸入到了箱体1内，且在转轴3的侧壁上安装有多层烤盘4，所述箱体1的顶部内壁上设有喷雾管道5，所述喷雾管道5的侧壁上设有喷头6，所述箱体1的左、右两侧壁上设有加热管7，所述多层烤盘4的上表面设有定型压盖10，所述定型压盖10的端部与转轴3铰接，所述定型压盖10的一端通过锁扣装置夹紧11，所述箱体1的侧壁上设有保鲜剂喷撒头12。
所述箱体1的侧壁上设有箱门8，所述箱体的顶部设有排烟口9。

1.一种中药材定型烘干箱，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体顶部安装有电机，所述电机传动连接有旋转轴，所述旋转轴的下端伸入到了箱体内，且在转轴的侧壁上安装有多层烤盘，所述箱体的顶部内壁上设有喷雾管道，所述喷雾管道的侧壁上设有喷头，所述箱体的左、右两侧壁上设有加热管，所述多层烤盘的上表面设有定型压盖，所述定型压盖的端部与转轴铰接，所述定型压盖的一端通过锁扣装置夹紧，所述箱体的侧壁上设有保鲜剂喷撒头。
