本实用新型涉及一种中药材远红外均匀烘干装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，中草要药在翻炒的过程中，会产生大量的粉尘和烟气，粉尘在炒制过程中会附着在中草药表面，使得中药被污染，且炒熟后，难以去除。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种加热均匀，且设有放射镜面，使得药材能多角度干燥，结构简单，能快速方便地祛除灰尘的中药材远红外均匀烘干装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种中药材远红外均匀烘干装置，包括机箱，其特征在于：所述机箱内安装有透明下料筒，所述透明下料筒的下方设有反射镜面，所述透明下料筒内设有鼓风管道，所述机箱的顶部内壁上安装有辐射棒，所述机箱的顶部侧壁上设有加料口，所述透明下料筒的左端口设有出料口，所述机箱的下方设有喷淋管，所述喷淋管的侧壁上设有喷孔，所述机箱的底部设有排污槽。
所述机箱的上端设有排烟口。
本实用新型在机箱内安装有下料筒，且下料筒为透明下料筒，这样通过在下料筒的下方设有反射镜面，使得药材能多角度均匀加热，且在下料筒内设有鼓风管道，用于辅助下料和排湿气，产生的粉尘会下落到下料筒的下方，下料筒下方安装有喷淋管可以喷出水雾，将空气中的粉尘沉降到排污槽内，随着排污管排出，这样产生的烟气随着机箱顶部的排烟口排出。

参见附图，一种中药材远红外均匀烘干装置，包括机箱1，所述机箱1内安装有透明下料筒2，所述透明下料筒2的下方设有反射镜面3，所述透明下料筒 2内设有鼓风管道4，所述机箱1的顶部内壁上安装有辐射棒5，所述机箱1的顶部侧壁上设有加料口6，所述透明下料筒2的左端口设有出料口7，所述机箱 1的下方设有喷淋管8，所述喷淋管8的侧壁上设有喷孔9，所述机箱1的底部设有排污槽10。
所述机箱1的上端设有排烟口11。

1.一种中药材远红外均匀烘干装置，包括机箱，其特征在于：所述机箱内安装有透明下料筒，所述透明下料筒的下方设有反射镜面，所述透明下料筒内设有鼓风管道，所述机箱的顶部内壁上安装有辐射棒，所述机箱的顶部侧壁上设有加料口，所述透明下料筒的左端口设有出料口，所述机箱的下方设有喷淋管，所述喷淋管的侧壁上设有喷孔，所述机箱的底部设有排污槽。
