[0002] 目前,在水性涂料的生产中,混合罐完成一次生产后,罐壁往往会残存很多挂壁的 涂料,如果不进行处理,挂壁的涂料会越来越多,影响搅拌均匀度和生产质量及收率,因此 每个生产周期完成以后,需要对混合罐进行清理。目前剂涂料混合罐清洗方法一般采用铲 刀,刷子,配合稀释剂进行清洗罐壁涂料,员工需要跳入混合罐中进行清洁,工作强度大,工 作效率低,清洗不彻底,而且影响员工健康。为了客户上述缺陷ZL201410542175.5公开了一 种溶剂型环氧涂料混合罐高效清洗方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将以下质量百分比的各组分充 分搅拌混合配制成清洗液:45-55%二甲苯、20-30%甲基异丁基酮和20-30%异丁醇;(2)采用 高压无气喷枪将步骤(1)制得的清洗液喷涂在混合罐的罐壁,快速溶解和冲刷粘附在罐壁 的涂料;(3)打开罐底阀门,放出涂料与清洗液的混合物。其采用了较多的有机溶剂,需要喷 射大量的溶剂才能溶解和冲刷罐壁的涂料,挥发快,严重影响健康。

[0014] 本实用新型上刮板、中刮板和下刮板套装在竖杆上,上刮板、中刮板和下刮板可以 沿竖杆转动,可以根据罐壁的形状形成一定的角度,三个刮板之间通过拉簧连接,形成一个 整体,提高清洁效率。
