Abstract

本实用新型是一种能够钻出多种直径圆孔的多孔径钻头。由钻头、颈部和钻柄三部分组成,钻头为宝塔型,采用双刃切削槽结构,使用这种钻头钻制不同直径的孔时,不需要更换钻头,减少了劳动时间,提高了劳动效率,且此种钻头加工工艺简单,体积小,成本低,操作简单。

Description

本实用新型属于一种钻削工具,具体地说是一种能够钻削出多种直径圆孔的多孔径钻头。
目前普遍使用的钻削工具主要是麻花钻,这种钻头由工作部分、颈部及尾部构成,一把麻花钻只能加工一种直径的圆孔,并且钻头的加工工艺复杂,成本高,加工小径孔的钻头强度差,易折断,当在一块薄板上加工多个不同直径的孔时,由于需要更换钻头,增加了劳动量,降低了劳动效率。本实用新型基本上解决了以上问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能构钻削多种孔径圆孔的多孔径钻头。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来完成:
多孔径钻头由钻头、颈部和钻柄三部分组成,其特点是钻头部分为宝塔型结构,顶端直径最小,靠近颈部钻头部分直径最大,钻头中间一段呈阶梯状,可以根据钻头的设计需要设计出不同的直径。宝塔型的钻头结构使得顶端小直径孔加工部分强度加强,本实用新型采用双刃切削槽结构,在工作时不易打滑振动,减小了噪声。颈部只起连结和过渡作用,结构与钻头结构相同,颈部宝塔型方向与钻头宝塔型方向相反,颈部连接钻头和钻柄。
本实用新型的优点在于使用这种钻头钻制不同直径的孔时,不需要更换钻头,大大节约了时间,降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,且此种钻头加工工艺简单,体积小,成本低,如附图给出的13孔径钻头,成本只相当于13种孔径的麻花钻成本的三十分之一。利用这种钻头的结构特点,可为特定工序几个不同直径孔的加工设计专门钻头,更能显示出此类钻头的优点。

实施例:
附图给出的是本实用新型的一种实施例,为一个13孔径钻头,此钻头采用材料为W18G4V,钻头3的13孔径的大小依次为:12.8,12.0,11.2,10.4,9.6,8.8,8.0,7.2,6.4,5.6,4.8,4.0,3.2呈宝塔型,采用新型的双刃切削槽,钻头3使用高速工具钢车制,铣刀铣出切削槽。此类钻头适用于加工3mm以下厚度板件,不宜在过硬或太厚的材料上钻孔,当钻头在板件上打滑时,应磨整切削刃,不应用力硬钻,以免折断钻头,使用时不要斜向用力,如果靠近被加工板件下方有斜置板件时,不宜使用,以免折断钻头。

1、一种由钻头、颈部和钻柄组成的多孔径钻头,其特征在于钻头为宝塔型结构,顶端直径最小,靠近颈部直径最大,中间呈阶梯状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多孔径钻头,其特征在于钻头采用双刃切削槽结构。
