Abstract
一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、一对屏蔽板及固持于绝缘本体的两排导电端子,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的对接舌板,两排导电端子包括横向排列在对接舌板的两个相对表面的接触部,一对屏蔽板设置在对接舌板内且位于对接舌板的相对两侧,每一屏蔽板具有裸露在对接舌板侧边的锁扣侧缘,每排导电端子包括横向排列的接地端子、高频差分对端子及其他端子,屏蔽板至少位于两排导电端子中的高频差分对端子之间且屏蔽板的前端向前凸伸出高频差分对端子的接触部前端,屏蔽板在高频差分对端子的接触部前端处对应设有薄形区域以避免高频差分对端子的接触部接触屏蔽板。本电连接器通过在屏蔽板的前端设置薄形区域以增大高频差分对端子与屏蔽板的间距。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可避免高频差分对端子的前端与屏蔽板接触的电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有的电连接器一般包括绝缘本体、若干第一端子、若干第二端子及中间屏蔽件,中间屏蔽件位于所述第一端子与第二端子之间,所述第一端子及第二端子因制程原因其前端向下弯折,故所述第一端子与第二端子的前端与中间屏蔽件间的间距过小,很容易使得导电端子的前端与中间屏蔽件接触从而造成短路。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可避免高频差分对端子的前端与屏蔽板接触的电连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、一对屏蔽板及固持于绝缘本体的两排导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的对接舌板,所述两排导电端子包括横向排列在对接舌板的两个相对表面的接触部,所述一对屏蔽板设置在对接舌板内且位于对接舌板的相对两侧,每一屏蔽板具有裸露在对接舌板侧边的锁扣侧缘,每排导电端子包括横向排列的接地端子、高频差分对端子及其他端子,且两排导电端子中的接地端子以及高频差分对端子彼此一一对齐,所述屏蔽板至少位于两排导电端子中的高频差分对端子之间且屏蔽板的前端向前凸伸出所述高频差分对端子的接触部前端以将所述高频差分对端子彼此信号干扰屏蔽,所述屏蔽板在高频差分对端子的接触部前端处对应设有薄形区域以避免高频差分对端子的接触部接触屏蔽板。
与现有技术相比,本电连接器通过在屏蔽板的前端设置薄形区域以增大高频差分对端子与屏蔽板的间距。

【具体实施方式】
请参考图1及图2所示,本实用新型电连接器100,用于安装于电路板(未图示),其包括绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1的两排导电端子2、套设在绝缘本体1外的金属内壳3、包围在金属内壳3外的塑胶外壳4、安装在塑胶外壳4前端的胶圈5以及密封所述绝缘本体1后端的胶板6。本电连接器100通过所述金属内壳3、塑胶外壳4、胶圈5及胶板6的配合安装使得防水性能大大提高。
所述绝缘本体1包括基部11及自基部11向前延伸的对接舌板12。参考图3及图4所示,所述绝缘本体1由绝缘材料制成且所述绝缘本体1包括上绝缘体13、下绝缘体14及前绝缘体15。所述上绝缘体13设有第一基部131及与第一基部131连接的第一舌板132。所述下绝缘体14设有第二基部141及与第二基部141连接的第二舌板142。所述前绝缘体15包括第三基部151及自第三基部151延伸的第三舌板152。所述第一基部131、第二基部141及第三基部151共同形成所述基部11。所述第一舌板132、第二舌板142及第三舌板152共同形成所述舌板12。
结合图5所示,所述两排导电端子2包括固持于上绝缘体13的上排导电端子21及固持于下绝缘体14的下排导电端子22,所述上排导电端子21与下排导电端子22的数量相同且上下彼此一一对应排列。所述上排导电端子21包括第一接地端子211、第一高频差分对端子212及其他端子(包括第一电源端子217及第一低频信号端子218),所述第一接地端子211具有两根且分别设置在第一高频差分对端子212的外侧。各上排导电端子21包括横向排列在第一舌板132表面的第一接触部213、设在尾部的第一焊接部214、连接所述第一接触部213与第一焊接部214的第一连接部215。所述第一接触部213的前端为向下弯折结构。所述第一接地端子211位于上排导电端子21的最外侧,其接触部213设有向下延伸的固定部216,所述固定部216包括垂直延伸的延伸部2161及自延伸部2161向两侧突伸的扣持部2162。所述下排导电端子22的结构与上排导电端子21的结构类似,故不再详细阐述。所述下排导电端子22的第二接地端子221的接触部223向上延伸有固定部226,该固定部226同样包括垂直延伸的延伸部2261及自延伸部2261向两侧突伸的扣持部2262。所述上排导电端子21的固定部216与下排导电端子22的固定部226彼此前后错开排布。
本实用新型电连接器100还包括设置在对接舌板12内且位于对接舌板12的相对两侧的一对金属屏蔽板7。所述一对屏蔽板7位于上排导电端子21的第一接地端子211、第一高频差分对端子212与下排导电端子22的第二接地端子221、第二高频差分对端子222之间,且所述屏蔽板7的前端向前凸伸出所述高频差分对端子212、222的接触部213、223以将所述高频差分对端子212、222彼此信号干扰屏蔽。所述屏蔽板7包括位于所述对接舌板12内的第一板部71、位于基部11内的第二板部72及自第二板部72向外侧延伸并向下弯折的焊接脚73。所述屏蔽板71的第一板部71在高频差分对端子212、222的接触部213、223前端处对应设有打薄设置的薄形区域711以避免高频差分对端子212、222的接触部213、223接触屏蔽板7。所述屏蔽板7的上、下表面均打薄形成有所述薄形区域711。定义两屏蔽板71彼此相邻的一侧为内侧边、与内侧边相对的一侧为外侧边,所述薄形区域711横向贯穿所述第一板部71的内侧边但并未贯穿外侧边。所述第一板部71横向对应该薄形区域711的外侧边向外突伸有裸露在对接舌板12侧边的锁扣侧缘712。所述屏蔽板7的第一板部71的外侧边设有两缺口714。
参考图3至图6所示,所述上绝缘体13的第一舌板132底面的两侧分别向下突伸有第一定位块133,两第一定位块133呈对角线设置。所述下绝缘体14对应该第一定位块133处设有用以收容所述第一定位块133的定位槽144。所述下绝缘体14底面的两侧分别向上突伸有第二定位块143,所述下绝缘体14的两第二定位块143也呈对角线设置。所述上绝缘体13对应该第二定位孔143处设有用以收容所述第二定位块143的定位槽134。所述屏蔽板7的第一板部71设有定位孔713。组装时,所述上排导电端子21与上绝缘体13一体注塑成型,所述下排导电端子22与下绝缘体14一体注塑成型,然后所述定位块133、143穿过所述定位孔713而收容在所述定位槽144、134内以将上绝缘体13、屏蔽板7以及下绝缘体14固定组装在一起,前绝缘本体15通过注塑绝缘材料包围在所述上绝缘体13、屏蔽板7及下绝缘体14外侧而形成,所述前绝缘体15、导电端子2及上、下绝缘体13、14共同构成端子座。此时,上排导电端子21的第一接地端子211的固定部216的延伸部2161穿过所述两缺口714中的一个,所述扣持部2162与屏蔽板7的下板面抵压扣持;下排导电端子22的第二接地端子221的固定部226的延伸部2261穿过两缺口中的另一个,所述扣持部2262与屏蔽板7的上板面抵压扣持。结合图5所示,所述屏蔽板7横向延伸超过所述高频差分对端子212、222但未延伸入其他端子的下方。定义导电端子2的延伸方向为前后方向;两排高频差分对端子212、222间的屏蔽板7的前后长度小于两排接地端子211、221间的屏蔽板7的长度。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器100通过在屏蔽板7对应高频差分对端子212、222的前端处设置薄形区域711以增大高频差分对端子212、222前端与屏蔽板7之间的间距,从而避免高频差分对端子212、222的接触部接触屏蔽板7。

Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、一对屏蔽板及固持于绝缘本体的两排导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的对接舌板,所述两排导电端子包括横向排列在对接舌板的两个相对表面的接触部,所述一对屏蔽板设置在对接舌板内且位于对接舌板的相对两侧,每一屏蔽板具有裸露在对接舌板侧边的锁扣侧缘,每排导电端子包括横向排列的接地端子、高频差分对端子、电源端子及低频信号端子,且两排导电端子中的接地端子以及高频差分对端子彼此一一对齐,其特征在于:所述屏蔽板至少位于两排导电端子中的高频差分对端子之间且屏蔽板的前端向前凸伸出所述高频差分对端子的接触部前端以将所述高频差分对端子彼此信号干扰屏蔽,所述屏蔽板在高频差分对端子的接触部前端处对应设有薄形区域以避免高频差分对端子的接触部接触屏蔽板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽板的上、下表面均打薄而形成有所述薄形区域。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽板包括位于对接舌板内的第一板部及位于基部内的第二板部,所述锁扣边缘位于第一板部的侧边。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:定义两屏蔽板彼此相邻的一侧为内侧边、与内侧边相对的一侧为外侧边,所述薄形区域横向贯穿所述第一板部的内侧边但并未贯穿外侧边。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接地端子位于每排导电端子的最外侧,每排导电端子的接地端子均设有向所述屏蔽板延伸的固定部,所述屏蔽板的第一板部的外侧边对应所述固定部处设有供所述固定部穿过的缺口。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两排导电端子中的固定部彼此前后错开排布。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部包括垂直穿过所述屏蔽板的缺口的延伸部及自延伸部向两侧突伸的扣持部,所述扣持部与所述屏蔽板的板面抵压扣持。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽板横向延伸超 过所述高频差分对端子但未延伸入电源端子和低频信号端子的下方。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两排导电端子包括上排导电端子及下排导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括分别固持上排导电端子的上绝缘体及固持下排导电端子的下绝缘体,所述上绝缘体及下绝缘体的一侧分别突伸有定位块,所述屏蔽板对应该定位块处设有定位孔,所述定位块穿过所述定位孔以将上绝缘体、屏蔽板及下绝缘体固定在一起。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两排高频差分对端子间的屏蔽板的前后长度小于两排接地端子间的屏蔽板的前后长度。
