本实用新型属于汽车制造领域，尤其涉及一种气刹车安全阀的消音装置。
背景技术：
目前，气刹车的储气罐大多设置有安全阀，用于限制储气罐的最高气压，当储气罐内气压超过警戒值时，安全阀随即放出一部分高压气以调节储气罐内气压。但是在安全阀放气的过程中，它会发出刺耳的噪音，因不符合环保要求，造成了气刹车在一些城市的使用受到限制。为了克服上述缺点，我们设置了一种气刹车安全阀的消音装置。
发明内容：
本专利的目的在于解决气刹车的安全阀存在噪音缺陷的现状，而提供一种气刹车安全阀的消音装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是这样实施的：一种气刹车安全阀的消音装置，包括气管、安全阀、储气罐、消音器，其特征在于：安全阀安装在储气罐上，安全阀的出口连接气管的一端，气管的另一端连接发动机的消音器进气口，储气罐放出的气体经过安全阀、气管进入发动机的消音器进行消音。
本实用新型具有结构合理、操作方便、成本低廉等优点。

如图1所示，一种气刹车安全阀的消音装置，包括气管1、安全阀2、储气罐3、消音器4，其特征在于：安全阀2安装在储气罐3上，安全阀2的出口连接气管1的一端，气管1的另一端连接发动机的消音器4进气口，储气罐3放出的气体经过安全阀2、气管1进入发动机的消音器4进行消音。
