1. 一种化学方面脱硫除尘设备,包括进气管(1),其特征在于:所述进气管(1)的右侧连 接有抽风机(2),所述抽风机(2)的顶部连接有入气管(3),所述入气管(3)的右侧连接有旋 风除尘装置(4),所述旋风除尘装置(4)的底部左右两侧安装有支架(5),两组所述支架(5) 之间设置有集尘槽(6),所述旋风除尘装置⑷的顶部设置有出气管(7),所述出气管⑺的 右侧连接有脱硫箱(8),所述脱硫箱(8)的内腔底部安装有沉淀池(9),所述沉淀池⑼的左 侧顶部通过溢水管(10)连接有溢水池(11),所述脱硫箱(8)的右侧底部安装有石灰水池 (12),所述石灰水池(12)的内腔底部左侧设置有抽液栗(13),所述抽液泵(13)的顶部设置 有增压泵(14),所述增压泵(14)的顶部设置有出液管(15),且出液管(15)的顶部贯穿石灰 水池(12)的顶部,所述出液管(15)的左侧连接有喷洒管(16),所述喷洒管(16)的左侧延伸 至脱硫箱⑻的内腔,所述喷洒管(16)的顶部和底部均设置有喷头(17),且喷头(17)位于脱 硫箱(8)的内腔,所述脱硫箱(8)的右侧顶部连接有排气管(18),所述排气管(18)的右侧连 接有再脱硫装置(20),所述再脱硫装置(20)的右侧通过管道连接有烟囱(21)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化学方面脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述出气管(7)的 内腔设置有粉尘过滤网。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化学方面脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述喷洒管(16)至 少为结构相同的三组,且等距离排列在脱硫箱(8)的内腔,每组所述喷洒管(16)上的喷头 (17)均至少为结构相同的六组。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化学方面脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述排气管(18)的 内腔设置有PH检测仪(19),所述再脱硫装置(20)包括再脱硫箱(201),所述再脱硫箱(201) 的顶部左右两侧对称设置有支撑杆(2〇2),所述支撑杆(202)的顶部安装有NaOH存储箱 (2〇3),所述NaOH存储箱(2〇3)的底部中央位置设置有下液管(204),所述下液管(204)的内 腔设置有电磁阀(2〇5),所述再脱硫箱(201)的内腔顶部设置有再脱硫管(206),所述下液管 (204)的底部与再脱硫管(2〇6)的顶部连接,所述再脱硫管(206)的底部设置有再脱硫孔 (207),所述再脱硫箱(201)的右侧底部设置有控制器(208),所述控制器(208)分别与PH检 测仪(⑼和电磁阀(205)电性连接。
