差速器内部存在多个垫片，其中，与本实用新型相关的是半轴齿轮垫片，其作用是调整行星轮与半轴齿轮之间的齿侧间隙以及防止半轴齿轮与差速器壳内壁直接接触摩擦；存在的问题是：现有技术中，半轴齿轮垫片一般采用常见的平面垫片，长期使用后，平面垫片磨损十分严重，导致行星轮与半轴齿轮之间的齿侧间隙变大，严重时，会出现打齿情况，损坏差速器。

针对背景技术中的问题，本实用新型提出了一种差速器，包括差速器壳、半轴齿轮和半轴齿轮垫片，所述半轴齿轮设置在差速器壳内，半轴齿轮的轴段插接在差速器壳上的安装孔内，差速器壳内壁上安装孔端口周围的区域形成限位面，半轴齿轮垫片套接在半轴齿轮的轴段上，半轴齿轮垫片的左端面与限位面接触，半轴齿轮垫片的右端面与半轴齿轮的齿轮段的背面接触；其改进在于：所述半轴齿轮垫片采用推力滚针轴承。
半轴齿轮垫片采用推力滚针轴承后，由原来的滑动摩擦变为了滚动摩擦，摩擦阻力大幅减小，磨损进度明显减缓，可保证半轴齿轮长期稳定运行。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：能保证半轴齿轮长期稳定运行。
