当前,烧烤食物已经成为人们越来越喜欢的一种饮食方式,现有烧烤器具一般是一个烧烤箱体加上一个烤盘,由于炭火会随着时间延长燃烧温度降低,需要使用风力将炭火表面的灰烬吹去,促使炭火温度升高;然而在去掉灰烬的同时,烟灰和炭火燃烧后的烟气会到处飘散,会飘落到食材或人们的身上;另外,食材经烧烤后会产生油滴或水滴掉落到炭火上产生大量的烟气和轻微的爆燃;现有烧烤炉无法避免这些现象发生。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种无烟无灰炭火烧烤炉,该无烟无灰炭火烧烤炉能够将油烟和炭灰通过排风机排出,饮食者不会遭受油烟和炭灰侵蚀的烦恼。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:无烟无灰炭火烧烤炉结构为:烧烤炉的炉体外壳为上开口下封闭的箱体,烧烤炉两端分别设有风盒,风盒下端设有进风口,风盒侧端设有通风管连接烧烤炉,通风管的出口与炭盒上的孔道相接;烧烤炉侧下端设有水盒进出口,烧烤炉底端设有出风口,出风口上端安有挡板,挡板一侧连接拉杆,拉杆的拉环设在烧烤炉外侧;烧烤炉内侧设有下端封闭的内层盒,内层盒与烧烤炉外壳形成夹层;内层盒上端壁上设有数个通风孔,内层盒上端对应通风管的位置设有孔道,内层盒两侧上端设有炭盒托架;炭盒形状与内层盒内相同,炭盒外径小于内层盒,炭盒纵向上端分别设有数个排风孔,炭盒两侧端分别设有炭盒进风孔;水盒为梯形盒体,外径小于内层盒。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于烧烤炉采用双层结构,炭灰和烟气通过外壳和内层盒中间的通道排出,食客不会受到烟气和炭灰的侵扰;炭灰和油滴落入到水盒内既卫生又方便服务人员清理。

如图1-图4所示,无烟无灰炭火烧烤炉结构为:烧烤炉1的炉体外壳为上开口下封闭的箱体,烧烤炉1两端分别设有风盒5,风盒5下端设有进风口6,风盒5侧端设有通风管4连接烧烤炉,通风管4的出口与炭盒10上的孔道相接;烧烤炉1侧下端设有水盒进出口13,烧烤炉1底端设有出风口8,出风口8上端安有挡板9,挡板9一侧连接拉杆7,拉杆7的拉环设在烧烤炉1外侧;烧烤炉1内侧设有下端封闭的内层盒2,内层盒2与烧烤炉1外壳形成夹层;内层盒2上端壁上设有数个通风孔3,内层盒2上端对应通风管4的位置设有孔道,内层盒2两侧上端设有炭盒托架;炭盒10形状与内层盒2内相同,炭盒10外径小于内层盒2,炭盒10纵向上端分别设有数个排风孔,炭盒10两侧端分别设有炭盒进风孔11;水盒12为梯形盒体,外径小于内层盒2。
使用时,进风口6连接吹风机,出风口8连接排风机,水盒12通过水盒进出口13放入内层盒2底端,水盒12内放入清水,炭盒10内放入燃烧的木炭,吹风机向炭盒10内的木炭吹风,排风机将油烟和燃烧后的炭灰通过炭盒10上端的排风孔吸到排风机排出,炭盒10下端的油烟和炭灰落入到水盒内沉淀。
