本实用新型涉及燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其包括:壳体,其具有收容腔及连接端,该连接端具有燃油通道;滤芯,其位于壳体的收容腔中;盖板,其位于壳体一端;后盖,其一端为开口端、另一端为弹簧座,且其侧壁上具有开口,开口端与壳体的连接端相连;弹簧,其第一端抵压于后盖的弹簧座;密封件,位于所述后盖内,且所述弹簧第二端抵压于该密封件,当燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件被压紧于壳体的连接端将燃油通道封闭;及固定环,其与后盖配合将后盖固定于壳体的连接端,且固定环与连接端通过激光焊接。

燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及车辆燃油系统,尤其是一种包括燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器的组件。
背景技术
目前,市场上通常通过二次注塑将燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器集成在一起,其中,燃油压力调节器包括本体、与本体配合的后盖、阀座、弹簧、膜片、密封件及O型圈,其中阀座具有收容腔及贯通收容腔的通孔,弹簧置于该收容腔内,且一端抵压于阀座,另一端固定于后盖,膜片位于本体与阀座之间且焊接于本体与阀座上,该膜片中间位置具有与阀座的通孔对齐的开口,密封件固定于本体,且该密封件与阀座的开口配合,当油压高于标准值时,高压燃油会通过膜片推动阀座,弹簧被压缩,燃油通过阀座的通孔并经由后盖上的开口回到燃油泵的储油盒中。当油压低于标准值时,弹簧顶住阀座,阀座与密封件配合形成密封,停止回油。O型圈位于本体最外侧的凹槽中,用于与注塑的壳体形成密封。
然而,燃油压力调节器与二次注塑而成的壳体接合处仍然经常出现燃油泄露的问题,且燃油压力调节器结构复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其结构简单、成本低,且解决了燃油泄露的问题。
本实用新型提供的一种燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其包括:壳体,其具有收容腔及连接端,该连接端具有与收容腔相连通的燃油通道;滤芯,其位于壳体的收容腔中;盖板,其位于壳体一端,所述盖板设置有燃油入口及燃油出口;后盖,其内部中空、一端为开口端、另一端为弹簧座,且该后盖的侧壁上具有开口,该后盖的开口端与壳体的连接端相连;弹簧,该弹簧位于所述后盖内,且该弹簧的第一端抵压于后盖的弹簧座;密封件,其位于所述后盖内,且所述弹簧的第二端抵压于该密封件,当壳体内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件被压紧于壳体的连接端将燃油通道封闭;及固定环,其与后盖配合将后盖固定于壳体的连接端,且固定环与连接端通过激光焊接。
较佳地,所述壳体的连接端具有端壁、自端壁突伸形成的密封部及焊接部,该密封部被燃油通道贯通,所述后盖的开口端位于密封部外侧,且该开口端具有外翻形成的翻折部,固定环位于后盖外侧并抵压于该翻折部,且该固定环与焊接部通过激光焊接连接。
较佳地,所述焊接部围设于密封部外侧且与密封部之间存在一定间隔,所述固定环具有间隔设置的内环部与外环部,所述内环部及后盖的开口端位于密封部和焊接部之间,焊接部位于内环部与外环部之间且与外环部通过激光焊接。
较佳地,所述密封部具有密封面,当壳体内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件被压紧于该密封面从而将燃油通道封闭。
较佳地,所述密封件为氟橡胶,其内注塑有金属骨架。
较佳地,所述盖板内设置有接地栓和接地弹簧。
与现有技术相比,由于该组件一端由后盖、位于后盖内的弹簧和密封件与壳体的连接端配合实现对燃油压力的调节,结构简单、成本低,且固定环与壳体的连接端通过激光焊接从而将后盖固定于壳体,本设计没有二次注塑,避免燃油泄露。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其包括壳体1、滤芯2、盖板3、后盖4、弹簧5、密封件6及固定环7。所述壳体1具有收容腔11及连接端12,该连接端12具有与收容腔11相连通的燃油通道13。所述滤芯2位于壳体1的收容腔11中。所述盖板3位于壳体1一端,所述盖板3设置有燃油入口31及燃油出口32。
请参阅图2、3,所述后盖4内部中空,其一端为开口端41、另一端为弹簧座42,且该后盖4的侧壁43上具有开口44,该后盖4的开口端41与壳体1的连接端12相连。所述弹簧5位于所述后盖4内,且该弹簧5的第一端51固定于后盖4的弹簧座42。所述密封件6位于所述后盖4内,且所述弹簧5的第二端52抵压于该密封件6,当壳体1内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件6被压紧于壳体1的连接端12将燃油通道封闭,当壳体内的燃油压力大于弹簧预紧力时,燃油会顶动密封件6,从而在密封件6与连接端12之间形成间隙,多余的燃油会通过后盖4侧壁43上的开口44直接回到燃油泵储油盒中。所述固定环7与后盖4配合将后盖4固定于壳体1的连接端12,且固定环7与连接端12通过激光焊接。由于该组件一端由后盖4、位于后盖4内的弹簧5和密封件6与壳体1的连接端12配合实现对燃油压力的调节,结构简单、成本低,且固定环7与壳体1的连接端12通过激光焊接从而将后盖4固定于壳体1,没有二次注塑,避免燃油泄露。
所述壳体1的连接端12具有端壁121、自端壁121突伸形成的密封部122及焊接部123,该密封部122被燃油通道13贯通,所述后盖4的开口端41位于密封部122外侧,且该开口端41具有外翻形成的翻折部411,固定环7位于后盖4外侧并抵压于该翻折部411,且该固定环7与焊接部123通过激光焊接连接。
所述焊接部123围设于密封部122外侧且与密封部122之间存在一定间隔,所述固定环7具有间隔设置的内环部71与外环部72,所述内环部71及后盖4的开口端41位于密封部122和焊接部123之间,焊接部123位于内环部71与外环部72之间且与外环部72通过激光焊接。
所述密封部122具有密封面1221,当壳体1内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件6被压紧于该密封面1221从而将燃油通道13封闭;当壳体内的燃油压力大于弹簧预紧力时,则燃油将密封件6向上顶开一定距离,在密封件6和密封面1221之间形成一定间隙,燃油流过该间隙,并通过后盖4侧壁43上的开口44回到燃油泵储油盒中。
所述密封件6为氟橡胶,其内注塑有金属骨架61,以保证密封件6的强度要求。
所述盖板3内设置有接地栓8和接地弹簧9,用以消除静电。
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例披露如上,但本实用新型并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内所作的各种变动与修改,均应纳入本实用新型的保护范围内,因此本实用新型的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其包括:
壳体,其具有收容腔及连接端,该连接端具有与收容腔相连通的燃油通道;
滤芯,其位于壳体的收容腔中;
盖板,其位于壳体一端,所述盖板设置有燃油入口及燃油出口;
后盖,其内部中空、一端为开口端、另一端为弹簧座,且该后盖的侧壁上具有开口,该后盖的开口端与壳体的连接端相连;
弹簧,该弹簧位于所述后盖内,且该弹簧的第一端抵压于后盖的弹簧座;
密封件,其位于所述后盖内,且所述弹簧的第二端抵压于该密封件,当壳体内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件被压紧于壳体的连接端将燃油通道封闭;及
固定环,其与后盖配合将后盖固定于壳体的连接端,且固定环与连接端通过激光焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述壳体的连接端具有端壁、自端壁突伸形成的密封部及焊接部,该密封部被燃油通道贯通,所述后盖的开口端位于密封部外侧,且该开口端具有外翻形成的翻折部,固定环位于后盖外侧并抵压于该翻折部,且该固定环与焊接部通过激光焊接连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述焊接部围设于密封部外侧且与密封部之间存在一定间隔,所述固定环具有间隔设置的内环部与外环部,所述内环部及后盖的开口端位于密封部和焊接部之间,焊接部位于内环部与外环部之间且与外环部通过激光焊接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述密封部具有密封面,当壳体内的燃油压力不大于弹簧预紧力时,该密封件被压紧于该密封面从而将燃油通道封闭。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述密封件为氟橡胶,其内注塑有金属骨架。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃油压力调节器和燃油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述盖板内设置有接地栓和接地弹簧。
