实施例1:如图1至图6所示,一种便携式微型高压咖啡机的超压保护装置,包括泵筒1、泵塞2,泵塞2的主体置于泵筒1内,泵塞设有入水单向阀3、顶孔4、出水孔5,泵筒上设有在入水单向阀 的阀孔的入水端的开口对应处设有入水口6,顶孔4、出水孔5与入水单向阀的阀孔7连通,顶孔4与泵筒1的内部连通,泵塞2上设有在泵筒1的水为高压时进行泄出的泄压结构,还包括将泄压结构所泄出的水回流到泵筒外的排水结构。

泄压结构设于堵塞端71;泄压结构为软质橡胶制成的、在高压下可变形的阀芯9,阀芯9外径与入水单向阀的阀孔的堵塞端内径过盈配合;阀芯的头部顶住钢球,阀芯的尾部顶在泵筒1的内侧面。这样的结构,阀芯既起了堵塞的作用,还起到了泄压的作用,结构紧凑,一部件多功能。
排水结构为设于泵筒1下端的缺口10,缺口10与堵塞端的外开口连通,缺口的位置与堵塞端71的外开口位置对应。
像现有常规的结构一样,泵塞的主体的上端采用密封圈与泵筒的内侧面密封,泵塞的主体的下端与泵筒密封。
