Description
本实用新型是一种使面糊油炸成形的金属模具。
在制作食品中，将面糊油炸成形，在目前还没有理想的制作工具，故在油炸食品中很少有用面糊制成形的产品。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使面糊油炸成形的，用金属薄片制成的模具。
本实用新型是这样实现的：用一定长的金属薄片条，厚度在0.3－1mm，曲成设计好的图案，图案分主模和可变花芯，简称花模，花模的花芯可随意变换。花模在油中受热后，即可粘取面糊油炸成形。
本实用新型的制作可利用金属薄片的边角料，制作工艺较简单，可分为剪料，曲料 装配。在炸面糊时，花模温度一定要控制在200℃以上。
花模结构如图：主模（1），可变花芯（2）（3），主杆（4）与主模丝工配合，手柄（5）与主杆（4）连接。

- 一种炸花酥模具，其特征在于：将厚度在0.3-1mm的金属薄片条，曲成各种图案的可油炸面糊成形的花模，该花模有花式主模(1)，可变花芯(2)(3)，主杆(4)和手柄(5)是可拆的装配。
