【背景技术】
目前在装配衣柜上的滑轮组件时，需要先将螺钉安装到装配工件中去。现有的做法是，只能依靠人工进行放置。
申请人为此研发一滑轮组件自动装配系统。而本案涉及的是自动装配螺钉装置。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种效果好，效率高的自动装配螺钉装置。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于包括安装平台1，在安装平台1上设有气动电批2和可放入螺钉3的批头4，在安装平台1上设有驱动批头4来回滑动的驱动机构5，所述气动电批2的螺丝批杆6伸入批头4内并拧动螺钉使螺钉拧入装配工件7中。
如上所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于还包括有可压紧装配工件7的压紧结构8。
如上所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于所述驱动机构5包括有气缸51，所述气缸51的气缸杆连接有滑块52，所述的批头4固定连接在滑块52上并由滑块带动批头4移动。
如上所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于在安装平台1上设有两个平行的导杆53，所述的滑块52套设在导杆53上并在导杆中滑动。
如上所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于在所述批头4上设有供螺钉3进入的入口41。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
本案采用驱动机构来带动批头来回滑动，螺钉在批头内，而气动电批则伸入批头并拧动螺钉，使螺钉拧入装配工件中，很好地解决了将螺钉拧到装配工件中去的问题。本案取代了人工方式，效率高、效果好、节省成本。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图所示，一种自动装配螺钉装置，包括安装平台1，在安装平台1上设有气动电批2和可放入螺钉3的批头4，在所述批头4上设有供螺钉3进入的入口41。该批头4和气动电批2均可在市场上购买。在安装平台1上设有驱动批头4来回滑动的驱动机构5。所述气动电批2的螺丝批杆6伸入批头4内并拧动螺钉使螺钉拧入装配工件7中。此外，还包括有可压紧装配工件7的压紧结构8。
具体来说的，所述驱动机构5包括有气缸51，所述气缸51的气缸杆连接有滑块52，所述的批头4固定连接在滑块52上并由滑块带动批头4移动。
更优的，在安装平台1上设有两个平行的导杆53，所述的滑块52套设在导杆53上并在导杆中滑动。
工作过程如下：输送带将装配工件7输送到安装位，之后压紧结构8在气缸驱动下压紧装配工件7，之后驱动机构5带动批头4移动到位，之后气动电批2动作，气动电批2的螺丝批杆6拧动螺钉3，将螺钉3拧进装配工件7内。

1.一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于包括安装平台(1)，在安装平台(1)上设有气动电批(2)和可放入螺钉(3)的批头(4)，在安装平台(1)上设有驱动批头(4)来回滑动的驱动机构(5)，所述气动电批(2)的螺丝批杆(6)伸入批头(4)内并拧动螺钉使螺钉拧入装配工件(7)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于还包括有可压紧装配工件(7)的压紧结构(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于所述驱动机构(5)包括有气缸(51)，所述气缸(51)的气缸杆连接有滑块(52)，所述的批头(4)固定连接在滑块(52)上并由滑块带动批头(4)移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于在安装平台(1)上设有两个平行的导杆(53)，所述的滑块(52)套设在导杆(53)上并在导杆中滑动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自动装配螺钉装置，其特征在于在所述批头(4)上设有供螺钉(3)进入的入口(41)。
