Abstract
本实用新型提供的是生物质气化燃烧环保锅炉。在炉体一侧设有生物质燃料仓,在中下部装有半圆形炉箅子,并装有拨轮,在燃烧炉膛外侧侧壁上分别设有点火口、旋转调风门和第一清灰门,在燃烧炉膛与燃气燃烧炉膛之间的可燃气流道上设置有电热网状燃气板,在燃气燃烧炉膛下部的炉体水套上设有第二清灰门,炉体水套所处的燃气燃烧炉膛内上部设有热水腔和横向加热管,在燃气燃烧腔的排烟通道上装有烟气调节阀,在烟气调节阀上部的排烟管上设有烟道法兰,在炉体下部与炉体水套相通连接有冷水进口管,在烟道水套的一侧设有热水出口管。本实用新型加热效率高,并且排烟量小,符合环保要求。适宜作为生物质气化燃烧的锅炉应用。

背景技术
[0002]目前,以生物质为燃料的锅炉通常采用直接燃烧的方式对炉体进行加热,也有采用气化燃烧的方式进行生物质燃料燃烧加热的锅炉被使用,但是经过实践证明,现有不管什么样结构的生物质气化燃烧锅炉,仍然存在燃料燃烧不充分,气化效果差,不能达到环保要求,热交换性能不理想的技术问题。
发明内容
[0003]为了克服现有生物质气化锅炉存在的缺点,本实用新型提供了生物质气化燃烧环保锅炉。该锅炉通过在炉体气化流道上设置电热网状燃气板,在炉膛水套内设置横向加热管并与炉体水套连通,解决生物质燃料燃烧气化燃烧充分和热水流通受热效率的技术问题。

[0005]在横向圆形或矩形的炉体一侧设有生物质燃料仓,在生物质燃料仓中下部装有半圆形炉箅子,在半圆形炉箅子上部装有拨轮,拨轮一侧与拨轮调速电机轴向连接,在半圆形炉箅子下部为燃烧炉膛,在燃烧炉膛外侧侧壁上分别设有点火口、旋转调风门和第一清灰门,在燃烧炉膛与燃气燃烧炉膛之间的可燃气流道上设置有电热网状燃气板,在电热网状燃气板另一侧设有燃气燃烧炉膛,在燃气燃烧炉膛下部的炉体水套上设有第二清灰门,炉体水套所处的燃气燃烧炉膛内上部设有热水腔和横向与炉体水套相通的横向加热管,在燃气燃烧腔的排烟通道上装有烟气调节阀,在烟气调节阀上部的排烟管上设有烟道法兰,在炉体下部与炉体水套相通连接有冷水进口管,在烟道水套的一侧设有热水出口管。
[0006]积极效果,本实用新型通过在燃气流道上设置电热网状燃气板和在炉体水套内设置横向加热管,使得生物质燃料气化燃烧充分,加热效率高,并且排烟量小,符合环保要求。适宜作为生物质气化燃烧的锅炉应用。

具体实施方式
[0010]据图所示,在横向圆形或矩形的炉体一侧设有生物质燃料仓I,在生物质燃料仓中下部装有半圆形炉箅子4,在半圆形炉箅子上部装有拨轮3,拨轮一侧与拨轮调速电机2轴向连接,在半圆形炉箅子下部为燃烧炉膛,在燃烧炉膛外侧侧壁上分别设有点火口 5、旋转调风门6和第一清灰门7,在燃烧炉膛与燃气燃烧炉膛之间的可燃气流道上设置有电热网状燃气板8,在电热网状燃气板另一侧设有燃气燃烧炉膛,在燃气燃烧炉膛下部的炉体水套10上设有第二清灰门U,炉体水套所处的燃气燃烧炉膛内上部设有热水腔9和横向与炉体水套相通的横向加热管12,在燃气燃烧腔的排烟通道上装有烟气调节阀14,在烟气调节阀上部的排烟管17上设有烟道法兰16,在炉体下部与炉体水套相通连接有冷水进口管13,在烟道水套的一侧设有热水出口管15。

[0014]本实用新型的使用过程:
[0015]使用前,将生物质燃料加入到生物质燃料仓内,从点火口将生物质燃料点燃,当生物质燃料被点燃后,启动拨轮调速电机运转,带动拨轮旋转,刮动生物质燃料滚动燃烧,燃烧口的灰烬积在燃料燃烧炉膛内,而后通过第一清灰门排出,生物质燃料在半圆形炉箅子上部滚动燃烧,一部分燃料与空气接触直接燃烧,在燃烧的同时,部分生物质燃料被加热,产生可燃气,可燃气随从气流通过电热网状燃气板对可燃气热分解反应,使可燃气充分燃烧,燃烧的可燃气放出大量的热量,该热量在通过排烟道之前对炉体水套、热水腔和横向加热管进行热交换,使炉体水套、热水腔和横向加热管的冷水升温成为热水,在循环水栗的作用下从冷水进口管进入炉体,从热水出口管排出炉体,作为热源使用。
[0016]为了调节生物质燃料的燃烧速度,使用旋转调风门,改变进气口面积,同时还能通过烟气调节阀改变烟气排出速度,保持进排气和燃烧速度平衡,使生物质燃料充分气化,使可燃气充分燃烧,又被充分热交换。

[0018]由于使用半圆形炉箅子并使用拨轮拨动生物质燃料燃烧,能够使生物质燃料充分气化,从而利于气化燃烧;
[0019]由于在燃烧炉膛和燃气燃烧炉膛之间的可燃气流道上装有电热网状燃气板,可燃气在电热网状燃气板热作用和分散加热,产生电催化燃烧的作用,使得可燃气充分燃烧,同时减少烟尘通过到燃气燃烧炉膛的烟尘量,使得通过排烟道的烟气没有粉尘污染和炭化颗粒的污染,一是能够使生物质燃料充分气化燃烧,二是提高了热交换面积和效率,三是使排烟达标,对环境没有危害,因此本实用新型锅炉不但节能还环保,具有应用普遍性,其技术方案具有创新性。

1.生物质气化燃烧环保锅炉,其特征是:在横向圆形或矩形的炉体一侧设有生物质燃料仓(I),在生物质燃料仓中下部装有半圆形炉箅子(4),在半圆形炉箅子上部装有拨轮(3),拨轮一侧与拨轮调速电机(2)轴向连接,在半圆形炉箅子下部为燃烧炉膛,在燃烧炉膛外侧侧壁上分别设有点火口(5)、旋转调风门(6)和第一清灰门(7),在燃烧炉膛与燃气燃烧炉膛之间的可燃气流道上设置有电热网状燃气板(8),在电热网状燃气板另一侧设有燃气燃烧炉膛,在燃气燃烧炉膛下部的炉体水套(10)上设有第二清灰门(11),炉体水套所处的燃气燃烧炉膛内上部设有热水腔(9)和横向与炉体水套相通的横向加热管(12),在燃气燃烧腔的排烟通道上装有烟气调节阀(14),在烟气调节阀上部的排烟管(17)上设有烟道法兰(16),在炉体下部与炉体水套相通连接有冷水进口管(13),在烟道水套的一侧设有热水出口管(15); 所述半圆形炉箅子上设有的孔(4.1)为圆孔或矩形孔; 所述电热网状燃气板的网孔为菱形孔或圆形孔; 所述拨轮上设有拨齿。
