一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,包括炉体,炉体内设有隔墙,在隔墙两侧分别为煤气发生室和火焰返燃室,隔墙上部有煤气通道,其特征在于火焰返燃室内设置有火管炉排和二次风进口。本实用新型的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,由于在燃气炉膛内设置了火管炉排和二次风进口,使燃气炉膛同时还作为第二燃煤炉膛,使气、煤在同一炉膛燃烧,提高了燃料的燃尽率并大大提高了炉膛温度,保证了锅炉炉膛稳定供热。在隔墙下部设置明火口,可使煤气发生室燃烧产生的热能导入锅炉受热区,避免了热能浪费。炉体采用卧式结构,延伸了火焰及烟气通道,提高了热能利用率。

[0003] 现有技术的锅炉多数采用燃煤直烧锅炉,由于这种锅炉存在燃烧不完全,冒黑烟的问题,近年来受到许多限制。针对该问题研制出的煤气化或半煤气化燃煤锅炉部分解决了上述问题。但其存在着点火困难、煤气热值低、水份大等,有时还出现延时点火或无法点燃的情况。中国专利02291912. O公开了一种"双炉膛炉内气化燃烧一体化固定炉排燃烧锅炉",该锅炉采取了双炉膛设计,即一个煤气化燃烧炉膛和一个旋流燃尽炉膛。原煤在煤气化燃烧炉膛内经缺氧燃烧产生煤气,然后与二次风混合喷射进入旋流燃尽炉膛继续燃烧。中国专利200420091412. 2公开了一种"双炉膛燃煤气化锅炉",该锅炉通过一道隔墙将炉膛隔为前后两个炉膛,使燃煤在前炉膛气化,后炉膛燃烧。可提高热效率和消烟除尘。这两种燃烧气化锅炉原理基本相同,均是在一个炉膛内产生煤气,另一个炉膛内燃烧。存在的不足是烟气行程短,烟气中颗粒物随同烟气排入大气污染环境。另一个不足是由于自生煤气的不稳定性,煤气浓度经常波动,导致煤气燃烧炉膛内温度波动,甚至断气停燃的情况。该类锅炉的第三个不足是均采用立式结构、正燃烧方式,这种结构与燃烧方式的锅炉烟气行程较短,热能利用不足,同时也造成污染物颗粒沉降路程短,颗粒物排放较多的问题。[0004] 发明内容

[0020] 参照附图1本实用新型的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,有一个卧式炉体l,在炉体1的左侧为炉膛,该炉膛中间有一个隔墙7将炉膛分为两部分,其中一部分为煤气发生室5,另一部分为火焰返燃室14,在隔墙7的上部设有煤气通道4使煤气发生室5与火焰返燃室14相通。煤气发生室5的下部有炉排3,炉排下部有空气入口2。火焰返燃室14内设有水管炉排18和二次风口 6。炉体1的右侧与火焰返燃室14相邻的依次为水管受热室13和火管受热室12。其中火焰返燃室14与水管受热室13间有出火口 17,该出火口 17位于火焰返燃室与水管受热室的下部,水管炉排18置于出火口 17上沿附近。在水管受热室上部还设有进风口。排烟道9的底部与火管受热室12下部连通。在排烟道内设有有除尘板ll,除尘板上部有喷淋系统10。

[0022] 使用时,燃料煤从和口处加入煤气发生室5与火焰返燃室14,首先点燃煤气发生室内的煤,调节空气入口 2的进风量,使该燃烧室内位于底部的煤在缺氧情况下燃烧,由此产生大量煤气并向上通过煤气通道4进入火焰返燃室14,热煤气在向上运行过程中将位于上部的煤层水分带走,同时由于燃烧室内温度的提高,对上部煤层产生干熘效应,使上部煤层中含的可燃气体逸出,随同下部产生的煤气进入火焰返燃室14。进入火焰返燃室内的气体与来自二次风口 6的空气混合并被点燃,火焰通过水管炉排18及其上的煤层,并将该煤层点燃。两部分燃烧的火焰通过下部的出火口 17进入水管受热室13,在该室内还设置一处进风口 ,使进入室内的未完全燃尽的可燃物充分燃烧,将室内水管加热。烟气由该室上部进入火管受热室12,然后从火管受热室向下运行并从底部进入排烟道9,经排烟道9下部的除尘板11和喷淋系统10除尘后排出。

- 4. 按照权利要求1、2或3的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,其特征在于所述炉体(1)为卧式结构,煤气发生室(5)与火焰返燃室(14)置于炉体一侧,炉体另一侧依次为水管受热室(13)与火管受热室(12)和排烟道(9),在火焰返燃室(14)与水管受热到(13)之间有出火口 (17)。
- 5. 按照权利要求4的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,其特征在于排烟道(9)内设有除尘板(11)与喷淋系统(10)。
- 6. 按照权利要求4的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,其特征在于出火口 (17)位于火焰返燃室(14)的下部。
- 7. 按照权利要求4的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,其特征在于水管受热室(13)上部设置有进风口。
- 8. 按照权利要求4的一种整体煤气化联燃锅炉,其特征在于在煤气发生室(5)和火焰返燃室(14)的顶部分别设置有旁通口 (8)。
