背景技术
[0002]目前,我国主要以火力发电为主,主要通过燃煤来进行发电。燃煤电厂的废气主要来源于锅炉燃烧产生的烟气、气力输灰系统中间排气和煤场产生的含尘废气,以及煤场、原煤破碎及煤输送所产生的煤尘。其中,锅炉燃烧产生的烟气量和其所含的污染物排放量远远大于其他废气,锅炉燃烧产生的烟气中的污染物有飞灰、so2、nox、co、co2、少量的氟化物和氯化物。它们所占的比率取决于煤炭中的矿物质组成,主要污染物是飞灰、煤尘、SOdP

[0003] 在烟气的处理过程中,常常使用脱硫脱硝催化剂进行脱硫脱硝处理,但是随着催化剂的使用时间延长,催化剂会逐渐发生失活现象,在使用过程中,灰尘、金属等在高温条件下会进入催化剂的微孔结构,同时还会在催化剂表面发生反应,占据并破坏催化剂的活性位置。
[0004]催化剂的再生过程包括空气吹扫、酸洗除碱、主剂补充、干燥焙烧等,目前的吹扫除尘装置具有结构复杂、操作不方便、除尘效果不佳、应用成本高等诸多问题。

[0006]技术方案:为了克服以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,包括除尘设备本体,所述除尘设备本体一端设有风机,除尘设备本体远离风机一端设有循环气体的跑道形管道,且所述管道另一端与除尘设备本体接近风机一端相连;所述风机旁依次设有过滤层和多孔层,所述多孔层旁设有除尘区;所述除尘区设有一组堆放催化剂的架体,所述架体下方设有吸尘机构和储尘机构。本实用新型所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其设计合理,使用方便,风机可以产生风可以对放置在架体上的催化剂进行除尘吹扫再生处理,首先对产生的风进行过滤处理,保证除尘吹扫的气体的清洁度,保证除尘吹扫效果。吹扫的同时,吸尘机构对扬起的尘吸入到除尘机构,并且可以对除尘机构可进行拆卸,可以进行集中处理。风机产生的风还可以循环进行使用,循环进行除尘吹扫,降低应用成本。
[0007]进一步的,上述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,所述除尘区内架体上方还均匀设有一组静电除尘棒。静电除尘棒配合吸尘机构和储尘机构,除尘吹扫彻底,除尘效果好。

[0020]如图1所示的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,包括除尘设备本体,所述除尘设备本体一端设有贯流风机I,除尘设备本体远离风机I一端设有循环气体的跑道形管道2,所述管道2—端设于除尘设备本体一端,另一端与除尘设备本体连接处位于过滤层3和加热装置10之间。同时,所述管道2内设有抽风装置11。所述风机I旁依次设有过滤层3和多孔层4,并且所述多孔层4上设有一组均匀分布的圆形开口。所述风机I和过滤层3之间还设有一组加热装置10。其中,所述多孔层4旁设有除尘区5;所述除尘区5设有一组堆放催化剂的架体6,所述架体6下方设有吸尘机构7和袋式储尘机构8,所述除尘区5内架体6上方还均匀设有一组静电除尘棒9,所述静电除尘棒9上还设有除尘翅片。此外,所述除尘区5内还设有温度感受器。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述除尘区(5)内架体(6)上方还均匀设有一组静电除尘棒(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述静电除尘棒(9)上还设有除尘翅片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述风机(I)和过滤层(3)之间还设有一组加热装置(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述管道(2) —端设于除尘设备本体一端,另一端与除尘设备本体连接处位于过滤层(3)和加热装置(10)之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述多孔层(4)上设有一组均匀分布的圆形开口。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述管道(2)内设有抽风装置(11)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述除尘区(5)内还设有温度感受器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电厂专用催化剂再生除尘设备,其特征在于:所述风机(I)为贯流风机(I)。
