[0002] 我国的能源以燃煤为主,占煤炭产量75%的原煤用于直接燃烧,煤燃烧过程中产生严重污染,如烟气中⑶2是温室气体,SOx可导致酸雨形成,NOx也是引起酸雨元凶之一,同时在一定条件下还可破坏臭氧层以及产生光化学烟雾等。总之燃煤产生的烟气是造成中国大气环境破坏的最大污染源之一。针对燃煤烟气排放污染问题,人们设计了烟气净化装置,但现有的烟气净化装置,烟气净化不够彻底,且净化成本高,净化工序多,净化过程十分复杂。燃煤烟气中含有的大量热量不能有效利用,随着烟气的排放而散失。

[0018] 本实用新型的工作原理是:净化烟气时,首先烟气从烟气入口进入除尘室,通过除尘装置除尘,同时热能发电机吸收烟气中的热能进行发电;之后烟气依次进入脱硫箱、脱硝箱和脱碳箱中进行脱硫、脱硝和脱碳处理,在处理时,药剂粉末经高压喷雾器喷出,与烟气进行充分接触并产生反应,生成固态化合物,从而达到净化烟气的目的;最后烟气再进入到第二除尘箱内,除去反应过程中产生的粉末,再由烟气出口排出净化完成的烟气。
