背景技术
[0002] 根据GB13223-2011《火电厂大气污染物排入标准》规定,现有火力发电锅炉全面提高了二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘的排放限制要求;针对雾霾治理,对重点地区的燃煤电厂也提出了特别限值要求;同时新排放标准也针对现有火力发电锅炉提出了汞及化合物0.03mg/m3的排放标准。另外国家发展改革委、环境保护部、国家能源局出台了《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014〜2020年)》,对燃煤机组提出了燃机排放标准要求和节能降耗的要求;且在此基础上,各地方政府又出台了更加严格的节能减排要求。总之一系列环保措施要求现役燃煤机组必须在原有烟气处理工艺的基础上采取相应的改造措施来降低污染物及汞排放量。
[0003] 为适应新环保法规要求,环保改造并不是简单地加一些设备就能改好的,是需要对整个系统进行调整的,同时对于节能与环保要求也产生新的矛盾,环保改造存在着增加运行电耗、水耗等运行成本的风险,部分环保改造增加的耗能、耗材等所带来的环境问题可能会大于环保设施所能降低污染物排放的增量部分,进而造成环保改造得不偿失。
[0004] 因此污染物控制问题是一个综合性问题,需要与安全性、经济性统筹考虑。环保改造既要对环境质量改善,又要达到不额外增加能耗的效果,发展低成本的环保改造技术是下一步环保工作的一大方向。

2.根据权利要求1所述的深度余热回收协同脱除烟气中污染物的装置,其特征在于所述的装置还包括烟气再热系统,所述的烟气再热系统与深度余热回收协同多脱系统形成循环并安装在高效脱硫除尘系统与烟囱之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的深度余热回收协同脱除烟气中污染物的装置,其特征在于所述的一级余热回收系统包括进口、出口和换热器本体,所述的进口与出口为喇叭形设置。
