背景技术
目前，生产中大多数都以螺旋入料绞龙为入料装置，传统的入料装置在工作时容易堵塞，堵塞后难以清理，费时费力。其次，入料斗物料堆积过多时，下层物料被压实，进料困难，容易堵塞，同时也加重驱动电机的负担，绞龙的扭矩增大，增加了耗电量的同时也降低了绞龙的使用寿命。

针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种不易堵塞、输送效率高、能耗低的高效、防堵无轴绞龙加料器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述高效、防堵无轴绞龙加料器包括机体、料斗、驱动电机、绞龙，所述绞龙通过所述驱动电机驱动设于所述机体内，所述料斗设于所述机体顶部，所述料斗呈锥形，其内设有搅拌器，所述搅拌器由所述搅拌电机驱动，所述搅拌器包括搅拌轴、若干搅拌辊、螺旋体、螺旋绞龙，所述螺旋绞龙设于所述搅拌轴底部，若干所述搅拌辊设于所述搅拌轴两侧，所述搅拌辊的长度由下至上依次递增，所述螺旋体螺旋绕于所述搅拌辊。

具体实施时，物料由所述料斗12经所述搅拌器15的作用推进所述机体11内，所述绞龙14的高速旋转，同时所述气流输送口17通入气流，使所述机体11内形成气流，配合所述绞龙14的空心螺旋体结构对物料进行输送，有效的提高了输送效率并降低了能耗。当物料输送完或者更换物料时，需要对设备进行清理，而所述卸料口17具有卸料收集及清洗排出功能，减少了清理时间，省时省力。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型提供的高效、防堵无轴绞龙加料器的有益效果是：
一、所述料斗12内设有的所述搅拌器15，具有辅助输送的作用，可防止物料堆积过多而输送困难或者堵塞所述机体11；
二、所述气流输送口17可向所述机体11内输送气流，使所述机体11内产生浮力，辅助所述绞龙14输送，提高了输送料效率、降低了能耗。
