[0002]模具是现代工业,特别是汽车、无线电、航空、仪器、日用品等工业必不可少的工艺装备。高压铸造模具的浇注系统是铝液从压射室流到型腔的分流通道。浇道及排气系统的好坏,对压铸件的质量和生产效益都有非常重要的影响。
[0003]浇道结构需要根据产品的结构特性来综合布局,需要保证铝液在型腔内的流动平顺性,避免产品内部的气孔缺陷,同时需要降低铝水对模具型芯的冲刷,减轻产品的拉伤缺陷并提高模具寿命,因此合理的浇注系统对于铝合金压铸来说极其重要,既能降低现场工艺调试难度,也能保证产品质量、提高压铸产品的合格率,增加企业效益。
[0004]目前,模具厂设计布置的浇道及排气结构往往忽视了高速充型过程中高温铝水对模具型芯的冲刷,常常会引起产品出模时拉伤,甚至导致型芯的断裂,同时铝水冲击到型芯时流向将会发生改变,在压铸件充型过程中铝水发生碰撞,发生裹气现象,很容易在铸件中残留气体,产生气孔缺陷,会造成产品致密性能降低、产品强度下降、废品率增加。例如,图3中显示了现有技术的高压铝合金铸造模具的型腔结构示意图,其中的浇道及排气结构中,铝水通过传统模具的内浇口(10)进入到型腔后,将直接冲刷传统模具的产品深腔(9),并且传统模具的产品深腔(9)结构细长,生产中常发生产品拉伤、型芯断裂现象,并且产品内部卷气现象非常严重,由于气孔引起的废品率非常高,严重增加了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
实用新型内容
[0005]针对上述铝合金压铸的技术要求,本实用新型的目的是:提出了一种压铸模具的浇注及排气结构,它解决了适用于产品结构中含深腔产品气孔及拉伤问题。
[0006]本实用新型提供了一种铝合金高压铸造模具,所述的铝合金高压铸造模具包括料饼(I)、直浇道(2)、横浇道(3)、内浇口(4)和积渣包(5),其特征在于:所述的料饼(I)与直浇道(2)联通,所述的直浇道(2)与横浇道(3)联通,所述的横浇道(3)通过内浇口(4)与模具的型腔联通;所述的内浇口(4)沿铸件表面(8)随形布置;模具的型腔表面包括积渣包(5)。

(5)位置布置于铸件的充型末端及铝水交汇处。本实施例压铸模具浇注方式为:当铝水通过定量炉添加进压室后,冲头将铝水慢速充填至直浇道(2),然后继续慢速充填过渡到扇形横浇道(3),然后经内浇口沿铸件表面(8)的切线方向快速充填至模具型腔,避开对模具深腔位置(6)的直接冲刷,降低了产品的拉伤缺陷,同时内浇口位置保证了充型过程中铝水能很好地顺着产品的加强筋流动,进行顺序填充、充型平稳顺畅,充型中型腔排气良好,降低了铸件的气孔缺陷,浇道及排气结构设计合理,保证了产品及模具质量,提高了生产效益。
Claims (7)
1.一种铝合金高压铸造模具,所述的铝合金高压铸造模具包括料饼(1)、直浇道(2)、横浇道(3)、内浇口(4)和积渣包(5),其特征在于:所述的料饼(I)与直浇道(2)联通,所述的直浇道(2)与横浇道(3)联通,所述的横浇道(3)通过内浇口(4)与模具的型腔联通;所述的内浇口(4)沿铸件表面(8)随形布置;模具的型腔表面包括积渣包(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金高压铸造模具,其特征在于,内浇□⑷厚度为I〜3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金高压铸造模具,其特征在于,所述的横浇道(3)呈扇形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金高压铸造模具,其特征在于,横浇道(3)的进料方向为重力负方向。
