[0002]在目前工厂生产和相关技术资料介绍中,直径Φ 5— Φ 20毫米,高度在60毫米内的传感器和电容器外壳等零件,按照现有技术的加工工艺为:原材料采用冷、热乳板或带材,在压力机上用拉延或挤压模具制作,此种工艺应用设备多,消耗能源多,原材料的利用率为65% — 70%,为了克服现有生产工艺成本高的缺点,我们采用线材制作外壳,原材料的利用率达到96%。例如:I吨厚度为0.4mm铝板,能够制作Φ 10 X 22电容器外壳99.69万只;I吨直径为Φ9 — Φ9.5mm铝线,制作同样尺寸电容器外壳147.24万只。另外,从原材料厂方分析:板材或带材,乳制成本为每吨1000元左右,拉制I吨线材成本为200元左右。相比之下,现有生产方式,生产成本高。

具体实施方式
[0019]下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:如图1-5所示一种有色金属线材挤压成筒状外壳的自动生产线,该生产线依次包括线材矫直切断机构、二次传动涂料机构、坯料分检推送机构、模具冲压成型机构和推送卸料机构,所述各个机构依次顺序衔接,所述线材矫直切断机构包括用于矫直线材的导料筒I和位于导料筒I出口端用于切断的切刀2,所述二次传动涂料机构包括与导料筒I出口端承接的间歇式输料传送带3,在输料传送带3的末端为用于向坯料涂抹润滑剂的离心式振动料斗4,所述切刀2和输料传送带3借助于第一压力机运动,所述坯料分检推送机构包括用于分检坯料的牵引电磁铁料盘和往复式推料板5,牵引电磁铁料盘的出料口连接输料滑道6,所述输料滑道6的末端设有往复式推料板5,所述模具冲压成型机构包括四工位凸模、与四工位凸模相适配的四工位凹模和用于夹持坯料依次使坯料变换工位的四工位旋转夹钳,所述往复式推料板5、四工位旋转夹钳、四工位凸模在第二压力机的驱动下同步运动。
[0020]如图1所示,导料筒I水平设置的,从导料筒I的进口端到出口端依次设有矫直筒7、第一滚珠夹持器8、第二滚珠夹持器9,所述矫直筒7轴心的矫直通道与第一滚珠夹持器8和第二滚珠夹持器9的内孔相互对正,所述矫直筒7可在水平方向移动且在其外部套有第一复位弹簧10,所述第一复位弹簧10位于矫直筒7和导料筒I之间,所述第一复位弹簧10的端部与固定于导料筒I进口端的卡座11内壁接触,所述第一滚珠夹持器8固定设于第一支座12内,所述第二滚珠夹持器9固定设于第二支座13内,所述第一支座12与导料筒I的内壁滑动连接,所述第二支座13固定设于导料筒I的出口侧,所述第一支座12的一侧与矫直筒7的内侧端接触并用于推顶矫直筒7水平运动,所述导料筒I上侧外壁上设有开口,在导料筒I的上方设有借助于第一压力机上下往复移动的第一斜楔14,在第一支座12上设有与第一斜楔14配合的斜面,所述第一斜楔14穿过导料筒I上的开口与第一支座12上的斜面配合驱动第一支座12在水平方向运动,所述切刀2侧面连接有第一弹性体15,所述第一弹性体15下部连接有第一压块16,所述第一压块16的下端面与切刀2的刀刃齐平,所述第一弹性体15位于切刀2和导料筒I的出口端之间,在第一压块16的下方设有承载座17,在切刀2的下方设有顶部连接有第二压块18的第二弹性体19,所述切刀2的刀刃与承载座17的顶角配合对线材进行切害J,所述第一斜楔14、切刀2、输料传送带3借助于第一压力机同步运动。
[0021]线材矫直切断机构具体操作过程为:首先将金属线材从导料筒I 一端塞入到矫直筒7的矫直通道里面,滚珠夹持器的使用原理为,线体在滚珠夹持器的内孔中行进的时候只能够向一个方向行进,当要反向运动的时候其中的滚珠会对线材产生很大的夹持作用,使其不能够反向运动,首先人工将线材同时塞入到两个滚珠夹持器的内孔里面,第一斜楔14下降时推动第一支座12向右侧运动,此时固定设置的第二滚珠夹持器9夹持线材使其不能向右运动,而第一滚珠夹持器8向右运动时相当于线材相对第一滚珠夹持器8向左运动,所以第一滚珠夹持器8不会阻碍线材的相对运动,当第一斜楔14上升时,第一支座12在第一复位弹簧10的作用下再向左运动,此时第一滚珠夹持器8便夹持线材同时向左运动,因为线材不能够相对滚珠夹持器向右运动,所以此时第二滚珠夹持器9也不会阻挡线材,使线材完成向左的运动,这样随着第一斜楔14的上下往复运动,线材便以相同的尺寸一节一节的进行前行,并从出口端伸出,切刀2与第一斜楔14与第一压力机步调一致,所以每运动一节切刀2便向下切断一次,使线材逐渐的一节一节的被切掉,第一弹性体15与切刀2连接,随着其上下运动,向下时则第一压块16对线材进行挤压固定,以便于切刀2对其进行切断。
[0022]如图2所示,输料传送带3分别绕过主动轮20、导向轮21和从动轮22后形成循环式结构,在输料传送带3上沿着其延伸方向均匀设有接料盒23,所述主动轮20连接有超越离合器24,所述超越离合器24的摇杆通过往复式拉杆25与第一压力机连接,所述离心式振动料斗4内装有润滑剂,所述离心式振动料斗4的侧壁上设有出料阀门26。
[0023] 二次传动涂料机构的具体操作过程为,当线材也就是坯料从切刀2处出来的时候会落到输料传送带3的接料盒23上面,输料传送带3的主动轮20通过超越离合器24和往复式拉杆25与第一压力机连接,所以会使输料传送带3间歇式运动,实现一个接料盒23接到一个坯料,所以输料传送带3会一个一个的将坯料送到离心式振动料斗4里面,离心式振动料斗4为现有技术,其为偏心振动,将坯料在内部涂抹上润滑剂,以利于冲压工序,区别之处在于在离心式振动料斗4的侧壁上设有出料阀门26,其会将润滑好的坯料送出。
[0024]如图3所示,牵引电磁铁料盘包括顶部的料盘盘体27、中部的料盘支架28和用于驱动料盘盘体27转动的牵引电磁铁29、底部的料盘底座30,所述料盘盘体27的内壁上设有盘旋上升的螺旋料道31,在螺旋料道31内设有只容许一个指定大小的坯料通过的分检块32,所述螺旋料道31的末端出料口位于料盘盘体27的外壁上并与输料滑道6连接,所述输料滑道6为直料道,所述输料滑道6的末端为用于将坯料推向模具冲压成型机构的往复式推料板5,所述往复式推料板5通过与第二压力机连接的第二斜楔33运动。
[0025]牵引电磁铁料盘也为现有技术,料盘盘体27带有螺旋料道31,在牵引电磁铁29的带动下料盘盘体27高速转动,坯料会通过离心力进入到螺旋料道31,并且沿着螺旋料道31前进,在螺旋料道31上设有分检块32,不同的分检块32用于允许不同大小和数量的坯料通过,而不符合的坯料会从螺旋料道31内挤出,我们所用的分检块32—次只允许一个坯料通过,最终进入到输料滑道6中,并从输料滑道6中滑出,在输料滑道6的末端为往复式推料板5,往复式推料板5在第二压力机通过第二斜楔33的驱动下,同第一斜楔14和第一支座12的原理一样并带有弹簧,也实现了往复运动,将滑下的坯料一次一个的推向四工位凹模的第一个工位处,即镦压预制凹模37内。
[0026]如图4和图5所示,四工位凸模依次为镦压预制凸模34、反挤压成型凸模35、修边凸模36和预留空凸模,所述四工位凹模依次为与四工位凸模相适配且上下对正的镦压预制凹模37、反挤压成型凹模38、修边凹模39和预留空凹模,所述镦压预制凹模34和反挤压成型凹模35上方均设有卸料板40,所述镦压预制凹模34下部还设有顶出杆41,所述四工位旋转夹钳为由四个单元夹钳所组成的十字形对称夹钳,所述单元夹钳包括两个借助于弹簧对夹的夹体42,在每个夹体42的内侧边上均设有两个半圆形的缺口,两个夹体42上的四个半圆形缺口可相互扣合成两个整圆夹口,所述的两个整圆夹口分别为端部的夹料口 43和中部的扩张口 44,所述四个单元夹钳上的夹料口 43与四工位凹模的顶口相互对正,所述四工位凸模位于凸模座45上,在凸模座45上设有同时与四个单元夹钳上的四个扩张口 44相对正的锥体杆46,所述四个单元夹钳借助于中心的立轴47转动,四工位凸模每下压一次则四个单元夹钳即转动90度变换一个工位。
[0027]第一个工位为镦压预制,坯料在镦压预制凹模37内受到冲压,形成块状结构,当镦压预制凸模34挤压完毕上升的时候,顶出杆41将坯料推出,有的时候坯料也会粘连在镦压预制凸模34的底端随着镦压预制凸模34—起拔出,此时就用到了卸料板40,卸料板40带有只允许镦压预制凸模34通过的孔,坯料不会通过此孔所以会从此处撸下来,各个锥体杆46的作用是随着凸模座的下降会插入到各个扩张口 44里面,将各个单元夹钳的两个夹体42分开,并且各个锥体杆46的长度等于各个凸模的长度,所以当凸模拔出坯料出来后坯料到达夹料口43的位置时锥体杆46正好从扩张口44处拔出,此时正好夹料口43对坯料进行夹持,完成第一个工位的镦压后,坯料会被随着单元夹钳的转动送至下一个工位,即反挤压成型工位,夹料口 43夹持坯料到达反挤压成型凹模38的上口,此时凸模座45下降,此工位的锥体杆46下降进入到扩张口 44里面,使单元夹钳张开,夹料口 43松开将坯料落下,同时反挤压成型凸模35进入到反挤压成型凹模38内,将坯料反挤压成筒状的壳体结构,反挤压成型凹模38上部同样带有卸料板40,同样的原理,单元夹钳再次将筒状坯料带入到修边工位,将外壳筒的毛边切掉,切掉后从修边凹模39的下部漏出,得到成品,成品在成品推料板52的作用下推出,成品推料板52通过第二压力机在第三斜楔53的推动下往复运动,同时带有第二复位弹簧54,也是一次推出一个成品,所以说往复式推料板5、四工位旋转夹钳、四工位凸模和成品推料板52都是在第二压力机的驱动下同步运动,每驱动一次得到一个成品外壳,实现连续不断生产,第四工位为预留的空工位,可根据需要添加凹凸模进行再次加工。
[0028]如图6所示,立轴47通过马耳他机构与竖直设置的第一传动轴48传动连接,所述第一传动轴48通过伞齿49与水平设置的第二传动轴50传动连接,所述第二传动轴50通过链条与第二压力机的中心曲轴51连接。推送卸料机构包括成品推料板52,所述成品推料板52位于修边凹模39的下部漏料口处,所述成品推料板52借助于与第二压力机连接的第三斜楔53运动,所述成品推料板52还连接有第二复位弹簧54。图6具体体现了立轴47是如何在第二压力机的带动下实现与其他机构同步,使四工位旋转夹钳一次转动90度的,主要用到了马耳他机构实现,即槽轮机构,第二压力机中心曲轴51转动一圈,实现立轴47转动四分之一个圆弧。
[0029]采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:该生产线实现了连续不间断生产,自动化程度很高,并且采用金属线材为生产原料,生产成本很低,效率高,原材料的利用率高。
