本实用新型提供了一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,它包括仓体侧壁和仓体底板,仓体底板下部有搁置仓体底板的凸台,仓体底板和仓体侧壁之间用橡胶带连接,仓体底板可在仓体侧壁上滑动,在仓体底板下面对称设置有4-8个同步升降的多节液压油缸,多节液压油缸可将仓体底板顶至仓体上部,仓体侧壁上安装有多个米堆高度传感器,米堆高度传感器和PLC控制器相连,PLC控制器和多节液压油缸的液压泵相连。本实用新型的存料仓与送米传输皮带的高度始终保持适当的距离,不会因为米粒从传输皮带到存料仓底部落差大而导致碎米。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及大米加工,特别是涉及一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓。
背景技术
大米作为我国居民的主食之一,其加工方法随着人民生活水平的提高不断发展。典型的碾米加工流程主要有清理、砻谷、谷糙分离、碾米、擦米等几道工序。目前大米加工企业实际应用的碾米加工工艺流程如下:原粮→入仓→输送→初清→清杂→一次去石→除尘→磁选→脱壳→谷糙分离→二次去石→磁选→存糙箱→头道碾米→二道碾米→白米分级→长度分级→白米去石→第一存料仓→抛光→色选→第二存料仓→称重打包→入成品仓。在此过程中,所用到的存料仓一般有4米—5米深,加工后的大米经皮带传输到存料仓的上方后利用其自身的重力垂直跌落到存料仓内。因而,米粒从传输皮带到存料仓底部有4米—5米的落差,造成了碎米大量增加,精品米的出米率降低。
发明内容
为了解决目前存料仓易造成碎米的问题,本实用新型提出了一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓。
该减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,包括仓体侧壁和仓体底板,仓体底板下部有搁置仓体底板的凸台,其特征在于:仓体底板和仓体侧壁之间用橡胶带连接,仓体底板可在仓体侧壁上滑动,在仓体底板下面对称设置有4-8个同步升降的多节液压油缸,所述的多节液压油缸可将仓体底板顶至仓体上部。
在仓体侧壁上安装有若干个米堆高度传感器,米堆高度传感器和PLC控制器相连,PLC控制器和多节液压油缸的液压泵相连。
在开始往存料仓中送米之前,用多节液压油缸将仓体底板顶至仓体上部,使仓体底板与送米进仓的传输皮带保持设定的适当距离,存料仓开始进米后,随着存料仓内米粮的增加,米堆高度传感器检测到米堆快要接近传输皮带时,PLC控制器让仓体底板下面的多节液压油缸同步缓慢下降,到适当的高度时停止下降,当米堆高度传感器检测到米堆快要接近传输皮带时,再次下降,至到存料仓装满,不再下降。这样,存料仓与送米传输皮带的高度始终保持适当的距离,不会因为米粒从传输皮带到存料仓底部落差大而导致碎米。仓体底板搁置在凸台上后,可以拆除多节液压油缸。
作为对本实用新型的一种改进,所述仓体底板中间为漏斗状,漏斗底端为大米排出口,并在其上设置有开关。
本实用新型的优点是:存料仓与送米传输皮带的高度始终保持适当的距离,不会因为米粒从传输皮带到存料仓底部落差大而导致碎米。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。
附图中,减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,包括仓体侧壁1和仓体底板2,仓体底板下部有搁置仓体底板的凸台3,仓体底板2和仓体侧壁1之间用橡胶带4连接,仓体底板2可在仓体侧壁1上滑动,在仓体底板2下面对称设置有4-8个同步升降的多节液压油缸5,所述的多节液压油缸5可将仓体底板2顶至仓体上部,在仓体侧壁1上安装有多个米堆高度传感器6,米堆高度传感器6和PLC控制器相连,PLC控制器和多节液压油缸5的液压泵相连。
具体地说,本减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓在进米前,打开PLC控制器,设置仓体底板2与送米传送带7的高度,使进米过程中的米堆8表面与送米传输皮带7的高度始终保持适当的距离。进米开始,PLC控制器根据米堆高度传感器6检测的高度,控制仓体底板2下面的多节液压油缸5,使仓体底板2与多节液压油缸5同步缓慢下降至到存料仓装满。

1.一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,包括仓体侧壁和仓体底板,仓体底板下部有搁置仓体底板的凸台,其特征在于:仓体底板和仓体侧壁之间用橡胶带连接,仓体底板可在仓体侧壁上滑动,在仓体底板下面对称设置有4-8个同步升降的多节液压油缸,所述的多节液压油缸可将仓体底板顶至仓体上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,其特征在于:所述仓体侧壁上安装有多个米堆高度传感器,米堆高度传感器和PLC控制器相连,PLC控制器和多节液压油缸的液压泵相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种减少碎米的自动调整高度的大米存料仓,其特征在于:所述仓体底板中间为漏斗状,漏斗底端为大米排出口,并在其上设置有开关。
