背景技术
一般金属压制成形件,是通过压力机对金属模具施加压力,完成压形过程。制做金属模具时,需要上、下模形状及尺寸与成形的工件相适配,而且上、下模之间具有合理的间隙以满足减薄量等设计要求;压制过程中较薄工件容易出现开裂、形状不均、而且粗糙度较高、容易产生划痕等缺点,满足不了图纸要求。

本实用新型提供一种超薄钼片成形用液压模具,适用于较薄的成形产品,具有无开裂、形状均匀、粗糙度较低、产品上没有任何划痕的优点。
一种超薄钼片成形用液压模具,包括上下模,所述下模中具有与成型零件想适配的模腔,而上模中具有盛纳液体的空腔,所述上、下模之间由密封结构密封;所述上模中具有盛纳液体的空腔与油泵连通。
本实用新型只需按照压制成形的产品,制作下模即可,降低模具制造成本及难度。另外是液压成形,能控制成形压力,成形后的减薄量可以得到控制。且操作简单,对生产现场要求不高。成形后的产品,无开裂、形状均匀、粗糙度较低、没有任何划痕。
本实用新型适用于较薄金属材料的压制成形,包括有色金属、黑色金属各种成形工件的压制。

参照图1,一种超薄钼片成形用液压模具,包括上、下模,所述下模2中具有与成型零件想适配的模腔,而上模1中具有盛纳液体的空腔,所述上、下模1、2之间由密封结构6即密封垫密封后由螺栓、螺母3、4连接固定;所述上模1中具有盛纳液体的空腔与油泵5连通,油泵通过上模1上的进油口,对要求成形的工件施加一定的压力,完成压制成形过程。成形后的产品,不会开裂、形状均匀、粗糙度较低、没有任何划痕。下模2的底部开有排油口7,压制成型后,移动产品使液压油外排。
对于厚度δ=0.4mm的钼片,压制成形时,如果用压力机压制成形,钼片极易开裂、成形后形状不均、容易产生划痕、表面粗糙度满足不了图纸要求。而采用本实用新型压制成形时,通过油泵加压,完成钼片成形。成形后的钼片,无开裂、形状均匀、粗糙度较低、没有任何划痕。
