预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造
技术领域
本实用新型涉及预应力楼板与钢梁连接技术,特别涉及一种预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造。
背景技术
随着国家建筑工业化进程的加快和混凝土预制建造技术的发展,越来越多的混凝土构件转为工厂预制,到现场安装;预应力空心楼板具有跨度大、强度高等诸多优点,使其在预制装配式建筑中的应用越来越普遍。
预应力空心楼板与钢梁的连接方式传统的做法是楼板布置在钢梁上翼缘,采用这种连接构造方式,若钢梁外露,则楼面不美观;若楼面做吊顶处理,则降低了楼层净高。
预应力空心楼板降板处理,在增加楼层净高的同时,又增强了钢梁的稳定性,可不考虑钢梁的面外稳定问题。目前,预应力空心楼板与钢梁的降板连接方式主要存在两个问题:一是,现有的楼板降板的构造做法不能有效保证楼板的整体性;二是,现有的楼板降板的构造做法使得楼板安装不方便,安装效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,使楼板的安装更为方便,并且楼板的整体性得到有效保证。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,其中,所述预应力空心楼板连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁的下翼缘或H型钢梁或工字钢梁的腹板。
进一步,所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁的钢梁下翼缘沿钢梁轴向焊一宽度大于翼缘宽度的钢板条;所述预应力空心楼板板端底面设置预埋铁件,预应力空心楼板板端底面支承于钢板条上,通过焊接钢板条与预埋铁件,将预应力空心楼板与所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁固定连接。
更进一步,所述预应力空心楼板板端底面设置预埋铁件;所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁腹板两侧各焊一宽度大于翼缘外伸宽度的横隔钢板,并在横隔钢板下端面面等间距焊接竖向加劲板以支承横隔钢板,将预应力空心楼板板端底面支承于横隔钢板上,通过焊接横隔钢板与预埋铁件将预应力空心楼板固定连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁。
又,所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁的腹板沿长度方向间隔开设若干通孔,钢筋穿设于该腹板通孔,钢筋两端分别伸入钢梁两侧预应力空心楼板的芯孔中。
另外,所述预应力空心楼板的端部上端面对应贯穿钢筋的部位开设长条形槽。
所述预应力空心楼板的端部的上表面开设与楼板内芯孔相通的注浆孔。
优选的,所述预应力空心楼板上浇筑叠合层。
优选的,所述叠合层中设置分布钢筋。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、降板处理,增加了楼层净高。
2、降板处理,增强了钢梁的稳定性,可不考虑钢梁的面外稳定问题。
3、钢梁腹板贯穿钢筋连接两侧的预应力空心楼板并做注浆处理,增强了楼板的整体性。
4、贯穿钢筋用于抵抗沿梁轴线方向的水平剪力。
5、卫生间、阳台等区域的楼面做降板处理,其余区域楼面不降板,利用楼面降板后的高差,在降板区域布置管道,实现了同层排水的理念。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型的一种预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,所述预应力空心楼板1连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁2的下翼缘21或H型钢梁或工字钢梁的腹板22。
进一步,所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁2的钢梁下翼缘21沿钢梁轴向焊一宽度大于翼缘宽度的钢板条3;所述预应力空心楼板1板端底面设置预埋铁件4,预应力空心楼板1板端底面支承于钢板条3上,通过焊接钢板条3与预埋铁件4,将预应力空心楼板1与所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁2固定连接。
参见图3、图4,所述预应力空心楼板1板端底面设置预埋铁件4;所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁2腹板22两侧各焊一宽度大于翼缘外伸宽度的横隔钢板5,并在横隔钢板5下端面面等间距焊接竖向加劲板6以支承横隔钢板5,将预应力空心楼板1板端底面支承于横隔钢板5上,通过焊接横隔钢板5与预埋铁件4将预应力空心楼板1固定连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁2。
又,所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁2的腹板22沿长度方向间隔开设若干通孔221,钢筋7穿设于该腹板通孔221,钢筋7两端分别伸入钢梁2两侧预应力空心楼板1、1’的芯孔11中。
另外,所述预应力空心楼板1的端部上端面对应贯穿钢筋7的部位开设长条形槽12。
参加图5,所述预应力空心楼板1的端部的上表面开设与楼板内芯孔11相通的注浆孔13,从注浆孔13处注浆,使其填满两侧楼板之间H型钢梁或工字钢梁范围内的空腔。
优选的,所述预应力空心楼板1上浇筑叠合层8。
优选的,所述叠合层8中设置分布钢筋9。

1.一种预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,其特征在于,所述预应力空心楼板连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁的下翼缘或H型钢梁或工字钢梁的腹板。
2.如权利要求1所述的预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,其特征在于,所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁的钢梁下翼缘沿钢梁轴向焊一宽度大于翼缘宽度的钢板条;所述预应力空心楼板板端底面设置预埋铁件,预应力空心楼板板端底面支承于钢板条上,通过焊接钢板条与预埋铁件,将预应力空心楼板与所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁固定连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的预应力空心楼板与H型钢梁的连接构造,其特征在于,所述预应力空心楼板板端底面设置预埋铁件;所述H型钢梁或工字钢梁腹板两侧各焊一宽度大于翼缘外伸宽度的横隔钢板,并在横隔钢板下端面面等间距焊接竖向加劲板以支承横隔钢板,将预应力空心楼板板端底面支承于横隔钢板上,通过焊接横隔钢板与预埋铁件将预应力空心楼板固定连接于H型钢梁或工字钢梁。
