采用上述方案,呼吸阀送料槽61把呼吸阀送到呼吸阀放置块71上,推动气缸72把呼吸阀推到机械夹子73的正下方,然后上下气缸75下伸出,机械夹子73动作夹紧呼吸阀,滑块座74向前推进,把呼吸阀送到呼吸阀焊接下模81上,实现了呼吸阀自动送料放置,配合第二超音波机构5实现了口罩呼吸阀的全自动焊接。
具体地所述机架1表面上设有操作盒9,所述操作盒分别与第一超音波机构3、冲孔机构4、第二超音波机构5、震动盘送料机构6、机械手取料机构7、大转盘2传动等分机构、小转盘传动等分机构82连接。
采用上述方案,通过操作盒9对各机构进行自动化控制。
下面通过具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。本实用新型口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机的工作原理如下:
一、把裁切好的口罩杯子放置到口罩定位模21具2上启动机台;
二、大转盘2传动等分机构带动大转盘21旋转至下一个工位;
三、口罩杯子也随着旋转到第一超音波机构3的第一超音波焊接模31下方,以免后面切孔时口罩的多层材料会散开,接着第一超音波焊接模31下降把口罩须要冲切孔的位置熔接牢;
四、大转盘2传动等分机构继续带动大转盘2旋转至下一个工位,即口罩旋转至冲孔机构4下方,接着冲切孔刀模42下降即口罩被切出一个设定大小的呼吸阀孔;
五、大转盘2传动等分机构再次继续带动大转盘21旋转至下一个工位,即口罩又被旋转至第二超音波机构5的下方,此时震动盘送料机构6把呼吸阀自动送至到机械手取料机构7的下方,机械手取料机构7启动把呼吸阀抓起移动放置到呼吸阀焊接下模81上面,小转盘传动等分机构82把小转盘8旋转至口罩底部冲孔的中央位置;
六、第二超音波焊接模52下降并与呼吸阀焊接下模81重合,口罩与呼吸阀夹在两者中间,第二超音波焊接模52启动熔接功能,即把口罩与呼吸阀焊接在一起;
七、大转盘2传动等分机构再次带动大转盘21旋转至下一个工位,即把呼吸阀焊接好的口罩取出。

Claims (8)

1.一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:包括机架、设于机架上的大转盘、第一超音波机构、冲孔机构、第二超音波机构、震动盘送料机构、机械手取料机构,所述大转盘底部连接有大转盘传动等分机构,所述大转盘表面设有口罩定位模具,所述第一超音波机构、冲孔机构、第二超音波机构围绕大转盘旋转方向依次设置在大转盘上端,所述机架对应第二超音波机构处设有小转盘,所述小转盘设于大转盘下端,所述小转盘底端连接有小转盘传动等分机构,所述小转盘表面设有呼吸阀焊接下模,所述震动盘送料机构设于机架一侧并与机械手取料机构连接,所述机械手取料机构设于所述小转盘的侧边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述第一超音波机构通过支架固定设置在大转盘的上侧,所述超音波机构包括第一超音波焊接模、第一气缸,所述第一气缸设置在第一超音波焊接模上端并与第一超音波焊接模连接,所述第一超音波焊接模与口罩定位模具相对。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于,所述第一超音波焊接模两侧设有固定杆,固定杆间设置有固定板,所述第一气缸通过固定板固定,所述固定板两侧设有滑杆,所述第一超音波焊接模的两侧设有滑块,所述第一超音波焊接模通过滑块套设在滑杆上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述冲孔机构通过支架固定设置在大转盘的上侧,所述冲孔机构包括增压气缸、冲切孔刀模,所述增压气缸设置在冲切孔刀模上端并与冲切孔刀模连接,所述冲切孔刀模与口罩定位模具相对。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于,所述第二超音波机构通过其后侧的固定支杆固定设置在大转盘的上侧,包括第二超音波焊接模,所述第二超音波焊接模与所述口罩定位模具、呼吸阀焊接下模相对。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述第二超音波机构后侧设有上升下降调节手柄,所述第二超音波机构前侧设有调节装置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述机械手取料机构包括呼吸阀放置块、推动气缸、机械夹子、滑块座、上下气缸,所述上下气缸的下端与滑块座连接,所述滑块座下端与机械夹子连接,所述机械夹子下端设有呼吸阀放置块,所述呼吸阀放置块一侧设有推动气缸,所述震动盘送料机构包括呼吸阀送料槽,所述呼吸阀送料槽与呼吸阀放置块连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩呼吸阀自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述机架表面上设有操作盒,所述操作盒分别与第一超音波机构、冲孔机构、第二超音波机构、震动盘送料机构、机械手取料机构、大转盘传动等分机构、小转盘传动等分机构连接。
