[0004] 随着技术的发展,用以传输高频信号且具有抗EMI效果的电连接器已非常普及,其中一种该等电连接器包括由塑胶材料形成的外壳、设于外壳内的两个端子模组及屏蔽片。该外壳直接射出成型在端子模组上形成对接部,对接部具有彼此相对的对接面,各端子模组包括接触部暴露于对接面的导电端子以及射出成型在导电端子上的绝缘块。屏蔽片设置于两个端子模组之间且由绝缘块间隔开而未与导电端子接触,是以此屏蔽片的设置有效防止了导电端子的电磁干扰。然而,随着高频传输的发展需求,端子之间的信号干扰日趋严重。
[0005] 因此,确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。

[0007] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构稳定且具有良好电磁屏蔽效果的电连接器。
[0008] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型电连接器采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及设于绝缘本体的端子组件,所述绝缘本体包括相对设置的上侧壁、下侧壁及连接于上、下侧壁两端的两端壁,所述上侧壁、下侧壁及两端壁共同围设形成对接腔。所述两端壁设有连通对接腔的凹槽,所述端子组件包括上下设置的第一端子模组、第二端子模组及位于第一、第二端子模组之间的遮蔽件。所述遮蔽件为一件式结构且包括遮蔽部、自遮蔽部向前凸起并横向延伸的弹性抵接臂及自遮蔽部的两端弯折延伸入绝缘本体的凹槽内的扣持部,且所述弹性抵接臂及扣持部均暴露于绝缘本体的对接腔内。

[0031] 请参阅图6至图7所示,所述第三模组33包括第三绝缘块331、固持第三绝缘块331内的遮蔽件332及组装于第三绝缘块331两外侧的两接地片333。所述遮蔽件332为一体式结构且设有水平遮蔽部3320、自遮蔽部3320的前端向上延伸的竖直遮蔽部3321、自竖直遮蔽部3321的顶端水平凸出且沿横向延伸的弹性抵接臂3323及自竖直遮蔽部3321的两侧向前弯折延伸的扣持部3324。所述第三绝缘块331是直接射出成型在遮蔽件332的水平遮蔽部3320的后端,而所述第一端子模组31与第二端子模组32是组装于水平遮蔽部3320的前端且位于第三绝缘块331的前方。电连接器100组装成型时,所述遮蔽件332的弹性抵接臂3323穿过绝缘本体的后侧壁14且暴露于对接腔101内,所述扣持部332是自绝缘本体I的的后侧插入其两端壁13以收容于两端壁13的凹槽内且部分暴露于对接腔103。以方便该遮蔽件332与对接连接器的接地件的搭接,从而形成更好的屏蔽效果。
[0032] 所述两接地片333包括纵长的主体部3330、自主体部3330向前延伸的数个连接臂3332及位于主体部3330两侧弯折延伸的焊接部3331。所述主体部贴附于第三绝缘块331的两外侧,焊接部3331通过焊锡或点焊等方式焊接于遮蔽件332的水平遮蔽部3320上以固定所述接地片333,而所述数个连接臂3332则用于搭接第一、二端子模组中部分导电端子30的尾部302以形成接地端子。
[0033] 所述电连接器100还包括组装于绝缘本体I的两接地条5及屏蔽片4。所述接地条5包括纵长的基部51及数个弹性臂52,所述两接地条5的基部51分别贴附于上侧壁11与下侧壁12的外表面,而所述弹性臂52则自基部51延伸入绝缘本体I的上、下侧壁。电连接器100组装成型后,所述弹性臂52的接触端是暴露于对接腔内且位于所述导电端子30中接地端子的接触部301的前方,而所述接地条5的基部51还连接于金属壳体2 ;所述屏蔽片4组设于绝缘本体I及金属壳体2的后端,且该屏蔽片4与金属壳体2及遮蔽件332的焊接片3325相接触。从而形成更好的屏蔽效果。
[0034] 该遮蔽件332的设置有利于减小两排导电端子30之间的信号干扰,从而改善电连接器100的电气性能。遮蔽件332为一体式结构且其弹性抵接臂3323自绝缘本体I的后侧壁14暴露于对接腔101,扣持部3324自绝缘本体I的两侧臂13暴露于对接腔103,可在电连接器100与对接连接器相对接配合时与对接连接器300的接触件接触,从而起到消除静电的作用,进一步提高电连接器100的电气性能。同时两接地条5搭接于金属壳体2且其弹性臂52位于所述导电端子30中接地端子的接触部301的前方,在电连接器100与对接连接器相对接配合时与其对接连接器300的接触件接触,从而对导电端子中的接地端子起到进一步电磁屏蔽的作用,又进一步提高电连接器100的电气性能。

[0038] 将第一端子模组31及第二端子模组32组装于水平遮蔽部3320的前端两侧,并通过第一端子模组31与第二端子模组32的扣持部固持在一起;

[0040] 提供绝缘本体I,所述绝缘本体I设有由上侧壁11、下侧壁12及两端壁13围设形成的对接腔101及自两端壁13凹设并连通对接腔101的收容槽131,所述端子组件3组装于绝缘本体I的后侧壁14,所述导电端子30的接触部301及遮蔽件332的弹性抵接臂3323穿过后侧壁14突伸入对接腔101,而遮蔽件332的扣持部3324收容于两端壁13的收容槽131内并突伸入对接腔101 ;
[0041] 提供两个接地条5,该接地条5的基部51分别贴附于绝缘本体I的上、下侧壁的两侧,接地条5的弹性臂52自基部51延伸入对接腔且其弹性臂52的接触端位于端子模组中接地端子的前端;

[0044] 请参阅图8所示,本实用新型还揭示了一种与电连接器100插接的对接连接器200,该对接连接器200包括用以安装于电子设备的机壳上且包括纵长的绝缘外壳、设于绝缘外壳内的两个端子模组及位于两个端子模组之间的屏蔽片201。该绝缘外壳是直接射出成型在两个端子模组上且设有基部202及自基部202的前端沿插接方向延伸的对接部203。所述屏蔽片201暴露出对接部203的前端面及两侧面且向外凸伸出对接部203的前端面及两侧面约0.05mm,以方便该屏蔽片201与电连接器100的遮蔽件332的弹性抵接臂3323及扣持部3324搭接以形成三面连接,从而形成更好的电磁屏蔽效果。
