背景技术
汽车焊装生产线中，为了传送壳体及其他零部件，往往需要用到辊床或者摩擦输送链，其工作效率直接影响着整个生产线，直接代表整个焊装线的自动化程度。固定无触点式高速辊床主要由固定支架、槽钢框架、辊轮、同步带、水平驱动电机、Y向定位滚轮和无触点式开关等组成。固定高速辊床主体采用槽钢框架结构，具有良好的刚性，能够在较高速度下承受较高载荷，其所能承受的最大载荷为2000kg。但是其定位精度相对较低，不能很好地满足汽车焊装生产线的点定精度要求，因此在焊装线的输送系统中将其用于补焊工位或过渡工位，而在定位精度高的工位采用摩擦输送链。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种固定无触点式高速辊床，能够大大提高精度，更好地满足汽车焊装过程中各工位的定位精度要求，且结构简单，易于操作实施。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种固定无触点式高速辊床，包括框架和固定支架，所述框架上并排设置多个辊轮，所述多个辊轮通过同步带和水平驱动电机相连，其中，所述框架上设有定位部件，所述定位部件为无触点式开关，所述无触点式开关通过C形固定槽安装在辊床侧板上，所述辊床侧板上设有行程调节开关。
