本实用新型公开一种高频信号FFC胶膜,其包括底层,贴合于底层上部的上表层;所述的底层与上表层之间设置有中间层,该中间层与底层之间设置有介质层,该中间层与上表层之间设置有隔层。因本技术方案通过底层,介质层,中间层,隔层以及上表层依次顺序通过涂布机贴合形成的高频信号FFC膜,在此贴合工序中,不需要人工参与进行贴合,全部工序均由涂布机一次性贴合而形成,此高频信号FFC膜可当做FFC的一面胶膜使用,同时一次性贴合成高频信号FFC后不需要贴合任何辅助材料。

本实用新型涉及一种用于电子耗材方面的高频信号FFC胶膜。
背景技朮
市场上现有的高频信号FFC排线,其大部分是由上下两层FFC和导体通过合线机合成FFC排线,然后,在此排线的表面通过人工贴合一层复合材料而形成。在此加工过程中,由于此复合材料与FFC不能一次性合成,容易导致在贴合工序过程中浪费大量的人力,而且复合材料的成本较高。

有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能节省大量人力以及节省复合材料。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用一种高频信号FFC胶膜,其包括底层,贴合于底层上部的上表层;所述的底层与上表层之间设置有中间层,该中间层与底层之间设置有介质层,该中间层与上表层之间设置有隔层。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述底层和隔层分别是由PET材料制成的。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述上表层是由热熔胶材料制成。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述中间层是由复合胶材料制成。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述介质层是将铝、碳、铜以及银的粉末涂布在底层表面上而形成,或是铝、碳、铜、银的浆液呈网状丝印在底层表面上形成,或是铝、碳、铜、银电镀在底层表面上形成。
本实用新型的有益效果:因本技术方案通过底层,介质层,中间层,隔层以及上表层依次顺序通过涂布机贴合形成的高频信号FFC膜,在此贴合工序中,不需要人工参与进行贴合,全部工序均由涂布机一次性贴合而形成此高频信号FFC膜可当做FFC的一面胶膜使用,同时一次性贴合成高频信号FFC后面不需要贴合任何辅助材料。

请参考图1所示,下面结合实施例说明一种高频信号FFC胶膜,其包括底层1,介质层2,中间层3,隔层4以及上表层5。
所述底层1和隔层4分别是由PET材料制成的。所述上表层5是由热熔胶材料制成。所述中间层3是由复合胶材料制成。所述介质层2是将铝、碳、铜以及银的粉末涂布在底层表面上而形成,或是铝、碳、铜、银的浆液呈网状丝印在底层表面上形成,或是铝、碳、铜、银电镀在底层表面上形成。介质层2贴合在底层1的上表面,所述的中间层3贴合在介质层2上表面,所述的隔层4贴合在中间层3上面,所述的上表层5贴合在隔层4上面。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯化学式为-OCH2-CH2OCOC6H4CO-英文名:polyethyleneterephthalate,简称PET。FFC,柔性扁平电缆的简称。
综上所述,因本技术方案通过底层1,介质层2,中间层3,隔层4以及上表层5依次顺序通过涂布机贴合形成的高频信号FFC膜,在此贴合工序中,不需要人工参与进行贴合,全部工序均由涂布机一次性贴合而形成,此高频信号FFC膜可当做FFC的一面胶膜使用,同时一次性贴合成高频信号FFC后面不需要贴合任何辅助材料。
