本实用新型提供的双曲柄冲压装置,有机身,其下部安装平台,平台上安装下模,其上部安装一对规格相同的曲柄连杆机构,曲柄设置在同一曲轴[25]上,连杆连接滑枕,滑枕上安装上模,所述滑枕[6]与连杆[3]之间安装有导向柱[4],导向柱经机身[5]上导向孔与机身连接,一对导向柱的规格相同。本实用新型提供的双曲柄冲压装置,利用一对连接于连杆与滑枕之间的导向柱,消除了立于滑枕四角上的导向柱,有效地减少了对光线的遮拦,且滑枕与平台之间没有其他障碍。与现有技术相比,本实用新型平台前方两侧无遮拦,不仅光线通畅而且于其他操作也无妨碍,导杆置于滑枕上方,滑枕仅受向下压力,比连杆直接与滑枕连接的模式受力更加中正。

本实用新型涉及的是一种双曲柄冲压装置。
背景技术
双曲柄冲压装置是由两套曲柄连杆机构同步对滑枕进行驱动的冲压装置,相较于单曲柄冲压装置可以配置长度更大的滑枕,从而承担更大的模具。传统冲压装置,曲柄机构在滑枕上方,滑枕通过导向柱机构与机身连接,则在滑枕四角有导向柱外还需要有支撑曲柄机构的机身,影响冲压操作的光线条件。为此有中国实用新型专利ZL200720039598.0“双曲柄压力机”提出了一种下置式结构,即将曲柄机构设置在平台下方,连杆通过平台连接到在上方的滑枕上。这一结构虽然消除了支撑曲柄机构的机身,但四根导柱依然存在,而且连杆的设置必须偏向模具的平台的一侧,使滑枕受力不正。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型就是要提供一种既可减少冲压平台上光线受影响的遮挡物,又使连杆依然在滑枕上方的双曲柄冲压装置。
本实用新型提供的双曲柄冲压装置,有机身,其下部安装平台,平台上安装下模,其上部安装一对规格相同的曲柄连杆机构,曲柄设置在同一曲轴上,连杆连接滑枕,滑枕上安装上模,所述滑枕与连杆之间安装有导向柱,导向柱经机身上导向孔与机身连接,一对导向柱的规格相同。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一高速双曲柄冲压装置,机身5顶部安装有电机1,经传动齿轮驱动一曲轴25,曲轴上设置有两道曲柄2,两道曲柄分别经连杆3与导向柱4连接,导向柱配合在机身上的导向孔上,使其成为直线往复运动机构。滑枕6安装在导向柱下端。所述两曲柄规格相同,两连杆规格相同,两导向柱规格相同,使工作时滑枕所受的力平衡且方向垂直于平台。

1.一种双曲柄冲压装置,有机身,其下部安装平台,平台上安装下模,其上部安装一对规格相同的曲柄连杆机构,曲柄设置在同一曲轴上,连杆连接滑枕,滑枕上安装上模,其特征是所述滑枕与连杆之间安装有导向柱,导向柱经机身上导向孔与机身连接,一对导向柱的规格相同。
