背景技术
铅酸蓄电池是将正、负极板交错叠放排列在电池盒内,充入电池盒的电解液与正、负极板上的铅进行化学反应放电;蓄电池的正、负极板进行极群焊接后,将极柱与电池盒盖上的端子进行焊接,端子较为常见的有锥形和L形,其中锥形端子的外壁是圆锥,沿轴向设有与极柱配合的通孔,极柱插在通孔中,通过铅液焊接为一体,焊接过程中出现跑铅现象,铅液顺着端子外壁流下,焊穿端子或电池盒盖,影响电池盒密封性,在使用过程中出现爬酸问题,因此目前的锥形端子焊接工作对工人的焊接技术要求很高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,可以解决目前的蓄电池锥形端子焊接容易出现跑铅现象,影响电池盒密封性,导致对工人的焊接技术要求很高的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,包括端子套,以及连接于端子套上端的铅碗,所述端子套上设有连通铅碗的锥形端子孔。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述端子套为圆柱形,所述端子孔沿其轴向设置,所述端子孔直径较小的端口连通铅碗底部。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述端子孔与蓄电池锥形端子的锥度相同。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述端子套外壁还设有手柄。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述端子套、铅碗和手柄为一体铸造成型。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:
通过端子套套在锥形端子外壁,向铅碗中添加铅液进行焊接,不会跑铅,有效避免焊接工作对电池盒密封性的影响,同时降低对工人焊接技术的要求。

如图1所示的一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,包括圆柱形的端子套1,所述端子套1上沿其轴向设置有锥度与蓄电池锥形端子相同的端子孔4,所述端子套上端连接有铅碗2,所述端子孔4直径较小的端口连通铅碗2底部,所述端子套1外壁还设有手柄3,所述端子套1、铅碗2和手柄3为一体铸造成型。

1.一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,其特征在于:包括端子套(1),以及连接于端子套(1)上端的铅碗(2),所述端子套(1)上设有连通铅碗(2)的锥形端子孔(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,其特征在于:所述端子套(1)为圆柱形,所述端子孔(4)沿其轴向设置,所述端子孔(4)直径较小的端口连通铅碗(2)底部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,其特征在于:所述端子孔(4)与蓄电池锥形端子的锥度相同。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,其特征在于:所述端子套(1)外壁还设有手柄(3)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种蓄电池锥形端子焊接工装,其特征在于:所述端子套(1)、铅碗(2)和手柄(3)为一体铸造成型。
