本实用新型涉及LED生产制备技术领域，尤其是指一种外侧设置辅助注胶位的LED支架杯排料。
背景技术
是LED屏及LED灯生产中需要使用LED灯珠，而LED支架杯生产LED灯珠必须的配件，LED支架杯在生产时通常在金属的支架杯排料包括金属排料，金属排料上设置若干支架杯料位，在支架杯料位上注塑成型的LED支架杯形成；目前LED支架杯的注胶位设在LED支架杯的背面，为了保障外形尺寸，LED支架杯的背面不能有凸出物，为达到工艺需求，一般注胶口的磨具稍微凹陷于外表设置，导致注塑后的LED支架杯背面形成较小的凹陷注胶位；在尺寸较小的LED支架杯生产过程中，LED支架杯底部较薄，在脱模过程中，容易引发LED支架杯底部变形，从而导致产品的不良率提高，导致成品率提升和后续生产的质量问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型在于针对目前LED支架杯在生产时存在的不足，而提供解决以上问题的一种外侧设置辅助注胶位的LED支架杯排料。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种外侧设置辅助注胶位的LED支架杯排料，所述支架杯排料包括金属排料，金属排料上设置若干支架杯料位，所述支架杯料位上设置注塑成型的LED支架杯，所述LED支架杯在一侧面设置一辅助注胶位。
较佳的，所述支架杯料位在侧面设置有端子引脚，所述辅助注胶位设置在端子引脚上。

一种外侧设置辅助注胶位的LED支架杯排料，所述支架杯排料包括金属排料(为重点突出，图中未示出整体的金属排料)，金属排料上设置若干支架杯料位1，所述支架杯料位1上设置注塑成型的LED支架杯2，所述LED支架杯2在一侧面设置一辅助注胶位3。
在生产过程中，通常在支架杯料位1在侧面设置有端子引脚11，在注塑完成后LED支架杯2，通过设备将端子引脚11压贴LED支架杯2，本实施例中，为了便于进行注塑及后续处理，辅助注胶位3设置在端子引脚11上。
本实用新型的的一种外侧设置辅助注胶位的LED支架杯排料，LED支架杯2在一侧面设置一辅助注胶位3(为方便表达，图1中将辅助注胶位3用虚线表示)，在产品的后续工序中将辅助注胶位3冲切掉即可；避免现有技术中将注胶位设置在LED支架杯2的背面，保障外形尺寸，避免注胶口在LED支架杯2背面形成的凹陷注胶位由此造成的LED支架杯2底部变形，从而导致产品的不良率提高的问题，提升产品的成品率和保障后续生产的质量。
