Abstract

本实用新型是一种移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机。这种砌块成型机的砌块成型振动电机与振动架之间采用铰接方式联接，四边装有平衡支撑弹簧。因此，这种砌块机较之目前已有的混凝土空芯砌块机，具有振动电机只振实混凝土砌块，不振动机架的优点，解决了机器工作时机架的剧烈振动问题，从而能降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率，和延长机器寿命。

Description

本实用新型涉及建筑材料机械。用于建筑用小型混凝土砌块生产。
已有的移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机，由于没有解决成型振动电机的水平减震问题，工作时机器振动非常剧烈。严重恶化工人的操作条件，降低劳动生产率以及机器寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于研究出一种既振实混凝土砌块，又不振动机架的新型移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机。
本实用新型的结构如附图所示。图1是移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机正视图，图2是图1中所示A－A剖面放大图。
当移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机置于平地上，放下模箱〔8〕和振动架〔7〕，启动振动电机〔6〕，振动架只产生垂直方向对混凝土砌块的振动。联接振动电机〔6〕和振动架〔7〕的转轴〔11〕和轴承〔12〕，除传递振动电机〔6〕用于振实混凝土砌块的垂直振动力外，还起到对振动电机〔6〕的水平振动力的减振作用，以隔离其对机架的振动。支撑振动电机〔6〕的4个弹簧〔9〕对振动电机〔6〕起平衡支撑及水平振动隔离作用。工作过程是，当模箱〔8〕置于平地上装满料后，放下振动架〔7〕，启动振动电机〔6〕振实混凝土砌块。砌块振实后，启动提升电机〔1〕，通过传动皮带〔2〕、蜗轮减速器〔4〕、传动轴〔3〕、钢丝绳〔5〕将模箱〔8〕和振动架〔7〕一并提起。振实成型好的混凝土空芯砌块即留置在地面上。将砌块成型机移动到新的位置，反向启动提升电机〔1〕即可将模箱〔8〕放下，置于地面上。完成一次作业。
本实用新型的优点是，不采用复杂的一对偏心块齿轮同步传动方法或两台振动电机同步工作的方法，只用一台振动电机即实现振动电机的垂直定向振动。解决了砌块机机架的剧烈振动问题。达到了振动电机只振动砌块不振动机架之目的。从而能减轻工人劳动强度、提高劳动生产率，並可提高机器寿命。

1、一种移动式混凝土空芯砌块成型机，由振动电机[6]、振动架[7]构成的振动系统；由提升电机[1]、传动皮带[2]、蜗轮减速器[4]、传动轴[3]、钢丝绳[5]组成的提升系统；模箱[8]和机架[10]等组成，本实用新型的特征是，有联接振动电机[6]和振动架[7]的转轴[11]和轴承[12]，振动电机[6]和振动架[7]之间有4个弹簧[9]。
