本实用新型涉及一种制动盘。
背景技术
制动盘是一种固定在轮毂上,用于与制动卡钳共同作用实现刹车的装置,是制动器总成中的关键零件。现有的制动盘包括内、外制动盘体和法兰面,内、外制动盘体通过形成散热通道的连接筋互相连接,法兰面与轮毂连接。由于刹车时内、外制动盘体与制动卡钳剧烈摩擦,所以制动盘需要承担很强的制动力矩,要求制动盘具有散热快、强度高的特点。而这两点与内制动盘体的壁厚有关:壁厚厚则强度高而散热慢;壁厚薄则散热快而强度降低,从而导致制动盘开裂。现有的制动盘难以同时满足上述两种要求。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种散热快且结构坚固的盘式制动器的制动盘。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:该制动盘包括内盘体和外盘体,内盘体与外盘体固定连接,所述内盘体在朝向外盘体的该侧设有环形散热槽,所述环形散热槽的横截面呈弧形、其表面为波浪状。
作为本实用新型的优选,所述内盘体在径向上其中部位的厚度大于边缘的厚度。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案:该制动盘的内盘体上设有了结构合理的环形散热槽,增加了内盘体的散热面积,这样既保证了制动盘的结构强度,又提升了制动盘的散热效率,延长了制动盘的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,该盘式制动器的制动盘包括内盘体1、外盘体2和法兰面3,法兰面3位于内盘体1上,内盘体1与外盘体2之间通过连接筋固定连接,连接筋在内盘体1和外盘体2之间间隔排列。内盘体1在朝向外盘体2的该侧设有环形散热槽4,所述环形散热槽4的横截面呈弧形、其表面为波浪状,所述内盘体1在径向上其中部位的厚度大于边缘的厚度。
