本实用新型公开了一种制动装置，适用于电动机制动。
背景技术
在塔式起重机（简称塔吊）的电动机中，摩擦盘是电机必不可少的制动附件。以往的摩擦盘，都是分体式的结构：由花键盘、钢片、摩擦片（摩擦材料）三者铆接而成。在实际使用过程中，容易脱落，造成事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种整体摩擦盘以弥补现有技术不足。
本实用新型为实现目的采用的技术方案是：应用于塔式起重机电动机的整体摩擦盘，其特征是：包括本体，本体中心有内花键，本体圆周部分为整体摩擦片，整体摩擦片端面上有凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：整体摩擦片为一次热压在钢片上而成，没有附加的连接设备，结构简单方便，不会脱落，安全性高。

具体实施方式
实施例：在制造时，将摩擦材料包覆在基体上形成整体摩擦片1，然后将整体摩擦盘通过内花键（安装孔）3套在安装轴上，就可以正常使用。凹槽2的作用是能达到更好的制动效果和排尘作用。其使用位置和方法同以往类似产品相同。
