Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种平衡悬架，包括左、右支架、下推力杆轴端及上连接部件，平衡轴的两端分别插入到左、右支架的轴孔内，所述下推力杆轴端的轴为方形轴，下推力杆轴与左、右支架及上连接部件通过焊接，成为一个支架体，平衡轴是压配在支架体上的。本实用新型所述的平衡悬架，是将左右支架及下推力杆轴焊接为一个强大的刚性支架体，下推力杆轴由圆型改为方型，大大的提高形变能力，它为推力杆由S型转为直型创造了必不可少的条件；同时，由于采用了焊接结构，极大的提高了整体悬架的刚性及车架连接处的刚性，使各部件的形变减小，损坏减少。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件，尤其是一种平衡悬架。
背景技术
现有的平衡悬架多为斯太尔式或其它的衍生类型，及橡胶减振单元组成的平衡悬架。该种悬架由于刚度不足，易引起平衡衬套早磨，支架开裂，推力杆为S型易形变，及推力杆连接轴端断裂，支架开裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种平衡悬架，能够将下推力杆由S型变为直型，减少形变，减少平衡毂衬套的早期磨损、支架变形开裂的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种平衡悬架，包括左、右支架、下推力杆轴端及上连接部件，平衡轴的两端分别插入到左、右支架的轴孔内，其特征在于：所述下推力杆轴端的轴为方形轴，下推力杆轴与左、右支架及上连接部件通过焊接成为一个支架体，平衡轴是压配在支架体上的。
对上述技术方案的改进：所述推力杆安装在下推力杆轴上，推力杆为与方形轴配合的直型杆传力减震元件。
有益效果：

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本实用新型平衡悬架，包括左、右支架1、2、下推力杆轴3，平衡轴4的两端分别插入到左、右支架1、2的轴孔内，所述下推力杆轴3的轴孔为方形轴，下推力杆轴3与左、右支架1、2通过焊接成为一个支架体，平衡轴4是压配在支架体上的；所述推力杆是安装在下推力杆轴端上的，推力杆为与方形轴配合的直型杆传力减震部件。
本实用新型由于采用优化合理的焊接结构，使悬架的整体刚性增加，在矿区及极端的工况下仍能保持刚性状态，形变极小。因而使原来极易因形变过大造成的部件失效消失，表现在推力杆、平衡衬套、支架、车架等处，经过1000多台2年的矿山验证。它与原有结构的平衡悬架性能提高50倍以上。（部件损坏及售后服务率下降50倍以上）。

1.一种平衡悬架，包括左、右支架、下推力杆轴端及上连接部件，平衡轴的两端分别插入到左、右支架的轴孔内，其特征在于：所述下推力杆轴端的轴为方形轴，下推力杆轴与左、右支架及上连接部件通过焊接成为一个支架体，平衡轴是压配在支架体上的；所述推力杆安装在下推力杆轴上，推力杆为与方形轴配合的直型杆传力减震元件。
