技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喷枪,特别涉及一种用于光触媒材料的喷枪组件。
背景技术
   光触媒材料具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁、净化空气的功能。现在有的家居装修也会用到光触媒材料喷涂在家具或墙壁上,由于光触媒材料的浓稠度与水、油漆等有较大差别,用传统的喷枪喷绘光触媒会造成喷绘不均匀、喷绘带有杂质等问题,且现在喷枪使用的储料灌容易使光触媒材料产生沉积物、浓稠度不均匀等问题,由此可见,使用现在的喷枪喷绘光触媒会极大降低光触媒的使用率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种专门针对光触媒材料设置的光触媒专用喷枪,克服了现有喷枪喷涂光触媒材料存在的诸多问题。
为了达到上述设计目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种光触媒专用喷枪,主要包括枪身、把持部、扳机组件、储料灌,在枪身前端部还设有一独立枪头组件,一气管沿把持部底端贯穿枪身与独立枪头组件连通,该气管通过管路与气泵连接,在管路上设有一通断阀门,该通断阀门通过扳机组件进行控制,所述储料灌设于枪身前段位置。
进一步,所述气管的进气端设有一进气调节阀门,该进气调节阀门通过一旋钮进行控制。
进一步,所述扳机组件包括一挤压部,以及由挤压部带动的顶台、出料弹簧顶杆、通气弹簧顶杆,所述出料弹簧顶杆一端由顶台限位,另一端穿过独立枪头组件的出料口,所述通气弹簧顶杆对管路上通断阀门的开闭进行控制。
进一步,对应扳机组件的枪身上设有出料刻度尺。
进一步,所述枪头组件包括一旋转枪头,及用于固定旋转枪头的固定环,所述旋转枪头可沿固定环360°旋转,所述旋转枪头为一种四爪结构,旋转枪头的中心位置为出料口,其四个钩爪上设有出气孔。
进一步,所述储料灌的出料口设有滤网层,在储料灌的底部还设有搅拌旋叶。
本实用新型所述光触媒专用喷枪的有益效果是:该喷枪组件采用高压空气喷绘,并且设置了用于控制高压空气进气大小的进气调节阀门,通过扳机组件可调节光触媒出料多少,从而控制喷绘的厚度,枪头组件中的旋转枪头可以沿固定环360°旋转,可以有效调节喷绘的位置,旋转枪头上的出气孔可将高压空气作用于枪头的喷绘材料上,使喷绘材料在喷绘时更为均匀,储料灌的滤网层可有效过滤光触媒中的杂质,搅拌旋叶可有效防止瓶内出现沉淀物质。

具体实施方式

如图1所示本实用新型提供的光触媒专用喷枪,主要包括枪身1、把持部2、扳机组件3、储料灌4,在枪身前端部还设有一独立枪头组件5,一气管6沿把持部2底端贯穿枪身1与独立枪头组件5连通,该气管6通过管路6与气泵连接,所述枪头组件5包括一旋转枪头51,及用于固定旋转枪头51的固定环52,所述旋转枪头51可沿固定环52做360°旋转,所述旋转枪头51为一种四爪结构,旋转枪头的中心位置为出料口,其四个钩爪上设有出气孔53,出气孔可使光触媒材料喷出时成雾状;所述扳机组件3包括一挤压部31,以及由挤压部31带动的顶台32、出料弹簧顶杆33、通气弹簧顶杆34,所述出料弹簧顶杆33一端由顶台32限位,另一端穿过独立枪头组件5的出料口,在顶台32的后端设有一调节装置35,该调节装置35可调节顶台32的前后位置,以控制储料灌4内光触媒的出料多少,在管路6上设有一通断阀门71,所述通气弹簧顶杆34对管,6上通断阀门71的开闭进行控制;所述储料灌4设于枪身1前段位置,储料灌4的出料口设有滤网层41,在储料灌4的底部还设有搅拌旋叶42,该滤网层41可滤除光触媒材料中的杂质,搅拌旋叶42可防止光触媒沉淀;所述气管6的进气端设有一进气调节阀门72,该进气调节阀门72通过一旋钮进行控制,从而控制高压气体的进气量;,对应扳机组件3的枪身上设有出料刻度尺8,通过刻度尺8可直接反应调节装置35调节后光触媒材料的出料量。

1.一种光触媒专用喷枪,主要包括枪身、把持部、扳机组件、储料灌,其特征在于:在枪身前端部还设有一独立枪头组件,一气管沿把持部底端贯穿枪身与独立枪头组件连通,该气管通过管路与气泵连接,在管路上设有一通断阀门,该通断阀门通过扳机组件进行控制,所述储料灌设于枪身前段位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒专用喷枪,其特征在于:所述气管的进气端设有一进气调节阀门,该进气调节阀门通过一旋钮进行控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒专用喷枪,其特征在于:所述扳机组件包括一挤压部,以及由挤压部带动的顶台、出料弹簧顶杆、通气弹簧顶杆,所述出料弹簧顶杆一端由顶台限位,另一端穿过独立枪头组件的出料口,所述通气弹簧顶杆对管路上通断阀门的开闭进行控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒专用喷枪,其特征在于:对应扳机组件的枪身上设有出料刻度尺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒专用喷枪,其特征在于:所述枪头组件包括一旋转枪头,及用于固定旋转枪头的固定环,所述旋转枪头可以沿固定环360°旋转,所述旋转枪头为一种四爪结构,旋转枪头的中心位置为出料口,其四个钩爪上设有出气孔。
