技术领域:本实用新型涉及电工机械设备,具体涉及一种嵌线机上用于检测棘轮分度到位的分度检测装置。
背景技术:在机械设备运行过程中需要将棘轮的停止位置及时的传递给中央控制器,防止其他各联动部件与之发生位置冲突;由于棘轮动作幅度太小所以经常发生因为检测不够准确致使与其他联动部件发生位置冲突,影响设备整体的正常运行。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,动作可靠,检测准确的分度检测装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种分度检测装置,其特征是:在棘轮端面分布有倒角孔,与倒角孔对应的位置上设有固定套,固定套内由上向下依次设有弹簧、移动销、钢球;移动销上设有通孔;检测臂通过支点销与固定套活动连接;检测臂内端伸入移动销的通孔内。
由于采用上述技术方案,使用时,棘轮转动停止处于检测状态,在弹簧的作用下钢球进入棘轮上的倒角孔,移动销带动检测臂回到检测位置被感应开关检测到;当棘轮再次转动迫使钢球缩回,移动销带动检测臂离开感应开关处于非检测状态。因此本装置具有结构简单,动作可靠,检测准确的优点。

具体实施方式:参考图1、图2。一种分度检测装置,在棘轮5端面分布有倒角孔,与倒角孔对应的位置上设有固定套2,固定套2内由上向下依次设有弹簧1、移动销3、钢球4;移动销3上设有通孔;检测臂7通过支点销8与固定套2活动连接;检测臂7内端伸入移动销3的通孔内。
工作原理是:当棘轮5转动停止处于检测状态,在弹簧1的作用下移动销3、钢球4下移,钢球4进入棘轮5上的倒角孔,移动销3带动检测臂7转动回到检测位置被感应开关6检测到;当棘轮5再次转动迫使钢球4缩回,移动销3带动检测臂7转动离开感应开关6即处于非检测状态。

1.一种分度检测装置,其特征是:在棘轮(5)端面分布有倒角孔,与倒角孔对应的位置上设有固定套(2),固定套(2)内由上向下依次设有弹簧(1)、移动销(3)、钢球(4);移动销(3)上设有通孔;检测臂(7)通过支点销(8)与固定套(2)活动连接;检测臂(7)内端伸入移动销(3)的通孔内。
