背景技术：在嵌线机运行过程中，每次动作完成都需要检测槽楔库是否停在原点位置，由于槽楔库停车位置不准确不在原点位置上，而与其他联动部件发生位置冲突，存在联运部件损坏、影响设备整体正常运行的缺陷。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，动作可靠，检测准确的槽楔库原点的检测装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种槽楔库原点的检测装置，其特征是：大齿轮端面固定位置有滑槽，与滑槽对应的位置上设有滑轴套，滑轴套下端设螺母，滑轴套内依次设有弹簧、顶丝、滑销、滑轴、钢球；滑轴套上设有敞口槽，滑轴上设有滑销孔和顶丝孔；滑销通过滑轴套上的敞口槽插入滑轴上的滑销孔，然后用顶丝将滑轴和滑销固定。
由于采用上述技术方案，使用时，当大齿轮转动时，在弹簧的作用下钢球进入大齿轮上的滑槽，滑轴带动滑销回到检测位置被感应开关检测到，此时大齿轮停止，处于检测状态；当大齿轮再次转动迫使钢球缩回，滑轴带动滑销离开感应开关，处于非检测状态。因此本实用新型具有结构简单，动作可靠，检测准确的优点。
