本实用新型主要涉及笔记本电脑领域,尤其涉及笔记本电脑键盘中的聚酯膜开关结构的改进。
背景技术
现有笔记本电脑键盘聚酯薄膜开关采用上下层聚酯薄膜上印刷银线,中间用中层隔开,按压按键实现按键导通。因键盘设计局限,聚酯薄膜上印刷工序较多(UV、跳线等),不仅生产成本较高,而且制程良率低,因而需改变聚酯薄膜印刷银线的工艺。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本实用新型提供了一种键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,解决了聚酯薄膜开关目前行业内制作工序繁多,工艺复杂,制程良率低的难点,并可节省工序及大量的辅助材料从而降低制造成本、提升良率。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,包括上层聚酯薄膜、中层和下层聚酯薄膜,所述上层聚酯薄膜和下层聚酯薄膜镀有由宽度为0.1~0.2mm的铜线构成的匹配的印刷电路,所述中层为绝缘层,且绝缘层上设有供按键穿过的隔片孔。
作为优选,所述上层聚酯薄膜、中层和下层聚酯薄膜之间采用水胶粘合。
作为优选,所述印刷电路不存在跳线。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点::本实用新型采用全新的设计理念,使用线宽更细的镀铜代替目前行业中的银线,使得设计走线不再受键盘机构的限制,不需要多余的工序来连接线路。简化了工艺流程,减低了生产过程的不良,节约了设计及生产成本。。

如图1所示,一种键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,包括上层聚酯薄膜、中层和下层聚酯薄膜,其中上层聚酯薄膜和下层聚酯薄膜经过表面镀铜,在进行版图腐蚀使得铜金属线宽度为0.1mm左右,然后再次印刷碳层形成电路,最后印刷水胶,并将三层进行粘合,形成柔性线路板。:本实用新型采用全新的设计理念,使用线宽更细的镀铜代替目前行业中的银线,使得设计走线不再受键盘机构的限制,不需要多余的工序来连接线路。简化了工艺流程,减低了生产过程的不良,节约了设计及生产成本。

1.一种键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,其特征在于:包括上层聚酯薄膜、中层和下层聚酯薄膜,所述上层聚酯薄膜和下层聚酯薄膜镀有由宽度为0.1~0.2mm的铜线构成的匹配的印刷电路,所述中层为绝缘层,且绝缘层上设有供按键穿过的隔片孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,其特征在于:所述上层聚酯薄膜、中层和下层聚酯薄膜之间采用水胶粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述键盘柔性线路板聚酯薄膜开关,其特征在于:所述印刷电路不存在跳线。
