本实用新型公开了一种键盘软性线路板,包括依次叠放的上层聚酯薄膜、隔片和下层聚酯薄膜,上层聚酯薄膜的下表面具有第一印刷线路,下层聚酯薄膜的上表面具有第二印刷线路,隔片上具有第三印刷线路,在第三印刷线路上具有连接点,该连接点与第一印刷线路接触并导通。本实用新型充分利用薄膜开关的空间,在中层印刷线路,使得设计走线不再受键盘机构的限制,简化了工艺流程,减低了生产过程的不良,节约了设计及生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用手动操作开关的输入装置,具体涉及一种键盘软性线路板,应用于笔记本电脑键盘中。
背景技术
现有技术中笔记本电脑键盘中通常采用软性线路板作为开关,如聚酯薄膜开关,具备上中下三层结构,在上下层聚酯薄膜上印刷银线,中间用中层隔开,中层在上下层触点的位置开有隔片孔。在按压按键时,依靠按压处的变形与触点接触来实现按键的导通。受到键盘设计尺寸的局限,有些印刷银线没有足够的走线空间,只能通过UV和跳线等方式排布,导致目前在上下层聚酯薄膜上印刷工序较多,不仅生产成本较高,而且制程良率低。设计一种可简化印刷工序的键盘软性线路板已成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种工艺简单的键盘软性线路板。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的键盘软性线路板,包括依次叠放的上层聚酯薄膜、隔片和下层聚酯薄膜,所述上层聚酯薄膜的下表面具有第一印刷线路,所述下层聚酯薄膜的上表面具有第二印刷线路,所述隔片上具有第三印刷线路,所述第三印刷线路上具有连接点,所述连接点与第一印刷线路接触并导通。
作为优选,所述隔片上具有第四印刷线路,所述第四印刷线路通过接触点与第二印刷线路相连通。
作为优选,所述第三印刷线路上除连接点之外的部分均涂覆有UV层,所述第四印刷线路上除接触点之外的部分均涂覆有UV层。
有益效果:本发明采用全新的设计理念,充分利用薄膜开关的空间,在中层印刷线路,使得设计走线不再受键盘机构的限制,不需要多余的工序来连接线路。简化了工艺流程,减低了生产过程的不良,节约了设计及生产成本。
除了上面所述的本发明解决的技术问题、构成技术方案的技术特征以及由这些技术方案的技术特征所带来的优点外,本发明的键盘软性线路板所能解决的其他技术问题、技术方案中包含的其他技术特征以及这些技术特征带来的优点,将结合附图做出进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1所示,目前笔记本键盘聚酯薄膜开关的制作工艺为三层结构,包括上层聚酯薄膜1、隔片2和下层聚酯薄膜3,在上层聚酯薄膜1的下表面具有上层走线8,包括印刷银线、UV、跳线和水胶;中层的隔片2在按键位置掏空,按压导通;其他位置阻隔上下层,防止直接短路。在下层聚酯薄膜3的下表面具有下层走线9,也包括印刷银线、UV、跳线和水胶。
如图2所示,本发明提供的键盘软性线路板,也具有依次叠放的上层聚酯薄膜1、隔片2和下层聚酯薄膜3,在上层聚酯薄膜1的下表面具有第一印刷线路4,下层聚酯薄膜3的上表面具有第二印刷线路5。在隔片3的上表面具有第三印刷线路6,第三印刷线路6上具有连接点,该连接点与第一印刷线路4接触并导通。隔片3的下表面具有第四印刷线路7,第四印刷线路7通过接触点与第二印刷线路5相连通。中层印刷线路可以在让整个键盘软性电路板在更小的范围内走更多的线,不需要跳线来连接无法走通的线,节省了工序,简化了工艺流程,节约了成本。
由上述对比可知:目前走线受键盘机构限制,单独银线不能走通线路,需要跳线连接;而本发明采用上、中、下层都印刷线路,充分利用了薄膜开关的空间,简化了工序。
现有线路板的生产工序如下:
上层:聚酯薄膜印刷银线——印刷碳——印刷UV1——印刷UV2——印刷跳线——印刷水胶;
下层:聚酯薄膜印刷银线——印刷UV1——印刷UV2——印刷跳线——印刷水胶。
本发明的生产工序如下:
上层:聚酯薄膜印刷银线——印刷碳——印刷水胶;
下层:聚酯薄膜印刷银线——印刷水胶;
中层:聚酯薄膜印刷银线。
可见,采用本发明的结构节约了上、下层印刷UV1、UV2、跳线工序,简化了设计及生产工序,减少了生产中的不良,节约了成本。

1.一种键盘软性线路板,包括依次叠放的上层聚酯薄膜、隔片和下层聚酯薄膜,所述上层聚酯薄膜的下表面具有第一印刷线路,所述下层聚酯薄膜的上表面具有第二印刷线路,其特征在于:所述隔片上具有第三印刷线路,所述第三印刷线路上具有连接点,所述连接点与第一印刷线路接触并导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的键盘软性线路板,其特征在于:所述隔片上具有第四印刷线路,所述第四印刷线路通过接触点与第二印刷线路相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的键盘软性线路板,其特征在于:所述第三印刷线路上除连接点之外的部分均涂覆有UV层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的键盘软性线路板,其特征在于:所述第四印刷线路上除接触点之外的部分均涂覆有UV层。
