本实用新型涉及锂离子电池制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池软封装装置,包括上腔、下腔和能使上下腔合拢的连动装置,上腔面向下腔侧设有硅胶上封头,下腔面向上腔侧设有带加热装置的黄铜下封头;本实用新型不但可以很好地对电池进行软封装,密封性很好的同时大大提高了制程能力,而且提高了生产效率、节约成本。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池软封装装置。
背景技术
软包装聚合物锂离子电池采用铝塑膜进行密封包装,铝塑膜的熔点较高,在封装工艺中,为了确保封装层有效结合,通常采用上下硬(金属铜)进行封装。即预封机有上封头、下封头,上下封头都为5~8mm宽的黄铜平整封头,由于上下封头都为铜封头,铜在高温下容易变形,过程就要求对封头的平整度要求很高,并且对封头压力的均匀性要求也很高,若封头长度超过300mm,过程封装容易封装不密封,造成电池漏液和空气中水分进入电池影响电池性能。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种针对封头长,还能很好保证密封性能的电池软封装装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种电池软封装装置,包括上腔、下腔和能使上下腔合拢的连动装置;上腔面向下腔侧设有硅胶上封头,下腔面向上腔侧设有带加热装置的黄铜下封头。
较佳地,所述硅胶片表面和下封头的黄铜表面都设有铁氟龙层。
较佳地,所述硅胶片厚度为3mm,度为6mm。
较佳地,所述铁氟龙层厚度为0.11mm。
较佳地,所述黄铜宽度为6mm。
本实用新型下封头为平整的铜封头,其温度可按工艺要求的温度进行设置和调试,上封头为不可加热的硅胶皮;采用软与硬的配合,可避刚性加热变形的同时,也降低了辆刚性之间的应力破坏造成的废品率,使得电池封装的密封性更好。即使是员工误将两个电池重叠在一起也可以热封,大大提高了制程能力;尤其是封头长度可以达到450mm(传统封头一般不超过300mm,超过300mm很难调试好),100mm长的电池一次可封装4PCS,提高了生产效率;单面加热可节约电一倍,一台机约每天可节省约8度电/12小时;此种装置用于电池注液后的预封,效果较好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
见图1、2,一种电池软封装装置,包括上腔1、下腔2和能使上下腔合拢的连动装置3;上腔1面向下腔2侧设有硅胶上封头11,上封头11采用厚度为3mm度宽度为6mm硅胶皮。硅胶皮上面均匀贴上一层厚度为0.11mm的铁弗龙,上封头11不设置温度装置;下腔2面向上腔侧设有用来放置电池的凹槽20,凹槽20内设置有带加热装置的黄铜下封头21。凹槽20两侧为了降低磨损,还可以增设缓冲垫片22,当然缓冲垫片22也可以使用硅胶片。下封头2采用6mm宽黄铜封头,下封头2部抣匀贴上一层铁弗龙,下封头2温度设置为210℃较佳地,所述硅胶片表面和下封头2的黄铜表面都设有铁氟龙层。
具体工作:通过气动连动装置3将预封机上腔1与下腔2合并,此时上封头11与下封头21紧密合拢(压力约为3~5kg),夹在封头中的铝塑膜在高温下均匀融合密封;压力为5kg,硅胶皮每封装5万次更换一次。

1.一种电池软封装装置,包括上腔、下腔和能使上下腔合拢的连动装置;其特征在于:上腔面向下腔侧设有硅胶上封头,下腔面向上腔侧设有带加热装置的黄铜下封头。
2.根据权利要求1所述电池软封装装置,其特征在于:所述硅胶片表面和下封头的黄铜表面都设有铁氟龙层。
3.根据权利要求2所述电池软封装装置,其特征在于:所述硅胶片厚度为3mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述电池软封装装置,其特征在于:所述硅胶片宽度为6mm。
