本实用新型针对现有技术中， 锂电池铝塑膜封口机结构复杂、造价高、封口效果不好，容易将锂电池铝塑膜软包带极耳的一边压破的问题，提供一种锂电池铝塑膜软包封口机，该机的机架呈方框形，机架下端安装有底板，在底板的上方安装有下隔热板，下隔热板上安装有垫板，垫板呈长条形，侧向加工有安装孔，安装孔内装有下发热管，垫板上端安装有软垫，在机架的上方安装有一组气缸，气缸的活动杆下安装有连接板，连接板下安装有上隔热板，上隔热板下安装有压板，压板呈长条形，侧向开有安装孔，内装有上发热管，压板上下端加工有压痕。
采用上述技术方案，设备结构简单，造价低，压制封边时锂电池铝塑膜软包的封边垫在垫板的软垫上，极耳位置不会被压破，由于在压板上加工有压痕，确保压成的封口均匀密实，由于压板呈长条形，压制时三条封口边分三次压制，每条封口边进行正反两面的两次压制。整个封边过程用时短、封压强度大、密封性能高、防水、无漏液、极耳与膜之间绝缘性能高。
